If I was to use the ability of Cogwork Assembler to make a copy of Conjurer's Closet
would I be able to blink a card using the copy of Conjurer's Closet or would it exile before I could use it?
Idk if you got an answer yet but yes they do, remember for non-basic lands you can only have one copy but you can have as many basic lands as you want.
So basically I'm building a spirit deck with cards like Triplicate Spirits and Vessel of Ephemera however I know of cards that multiply tokens(for example I played against this deck that doubled goblin tokens at the beginning of their turn so if he had 1 goblin token out it would quickly go 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,etc.) and I was looking for W/U spirit multiplication cards however I had a hard time finding any... Do any of you know of any good cards that do this that are W/U?
Oh and also I would guess I can use a card like Immolating Glare on my own creature if it is attacking, is this correct and would I have to use it before opponent blocks?
Well, if you don't do anything and pass the turn (like sac'ing the creature you stole) the aura would "fall off" because it is enchanting an illegal target.
The shenanigan you are trying to attempt would be best if you did sac that creature with effects like Reckless Abandon or Goblin Bombardment before the end phase.
Also you'd be the one to get the 10 1/1 tokens.
Yep this works as you had intented. After you cast Press Into Service the creature is under your control and a legal target for Murder Investigation. Even after you lose control of the creature at the end of the turn you still control the aura enchanting it. It doesn't matter who controls the creature when it dies you will get all of the tokens either way. If Murder Investigation was worded differently such as "When enchanted creature dies, it's owner put X tokens" then it would be different but the lack of any such specifics would indicate that only the controller of the card gets the tokens.
Not quite my friend, I quote:
"If another player gains control of either Murder Investigation or the enchanted creature (but not both), Murder Investigation will be enchanting an illegal permanent. The Aura will be put into its owner's graveyard as a state-based action."

Q1: What about colorless cards({C}), what land would they make?
Q2: Also a lot of artifacts(if not all) only cost generic, would you choose any one type of land for this?
thx
Is this legal and who would get the 1/1's upon death?
