If you play multiple copies of this & end up with a bunch of libraries, you end up shuffling all of them together if just one leaves the battlefield.

Easy, on your opponent's turn, when the declare attackers step starts, you may also declare Party Crasher as an attacker. Your opponent would declare attackers first as you do not have priority, then because of this card, you are granted the option to attack with it. During the declare blockers step, the defending player would be unable to block with a tapped creature so most creatures that attacked would be unable to block it, though I assume vigilance creatures still can. And then combat resolves as normal.

This is going to be so powerful in any format.

It's potency increases with the number of players in the game.

Of all the split cards with the names "___ to ___" why was this card name not designed as a split card?

Now this leaves Garruk as the only 1 of the original 5 planeswalker cards to not be a part of the Gatewatch.

This card does not exile new artifacts that enter the battlefield after it is already on the field. When Brago deals combat damage to a player, you can choose to target this enchantment. It would bring back every artifact it exiled, but it would come back into play & exile all artifacts, including the ones that were not exiled before.

Kiran is Chandra's father. Since the ship can run on planeswalker power, perhaps it is a ship similar to the weatherlight?

Pirate Jace is probably the funniest thing I've seen this week.

It seems weak, though. Looting becomes less effective when done repeatedly at the same time, since you quickly run out of unwanted cards. The -5 is a very interesting and unique effect, but I'm not sure that generating multiples of these is particularly game-breaking. This basically never reaches a point where it can do something that dramatically alters the balance of power in the game, as most planeswalkers do.

For most purposes, this is a better and more flexible Triskelion. I can imagine some decks wanting this, yeah... especially with that golgari counter-serpent around.

Nice flavor, Triskaidekaphobia is the fear of the #13 and it being a superstitious number.

Having both abilities being exactly the same makes the person seem even more psychotic.
