I don't think it's quite AS bad... It's a RG Harrow that can, if needed, blow up an opposing artifact or enchantment at the cost of ramping your opponent. And if REALLY needed, you can blow up an opposing land at a cost as well.
So basically a slightly harder to cast Harrow with flashback with some mild flexibility in a pinch. Not HORRIBLE, and i can see what their intent with it was, but the added ramp if you use it as a land destruction spell is just playing it TOO safe.
Honestly, "RG Harrow with Flashback" isn't terrible on its own, and you can ignore the rest of the card.
The Ozolith could be interesting with blink effects. Having to wait a turn to reap the benefit from Teleportation circle would probably be a bit too fragile, though. You wan the blink right before combat.
This is way better than multikicker. Besides what was already mentioned, it works with reanimation, and white loves to reanimate cheap creatures like this. Or stuff like cloning or copying, but you would need other colors for that.
certainly the best aspect of this card is that this doesn't count spells like Glimpse of Nature, it counts creatures entering the battlefield, so it counts tokens, blinks, etc.
in a vacuum the card isn't good, but it can be a combo piece.... and as all combo pieces, all it needs is that such combo is fast and reliable so it can see play.
It doesn't even need to be a combo piece, it just needs the right shell around it to do a lot of work.
I was expecting some black border version of Party Crasher, if anything close to that is even possible.
The most elegant version might be some form of T: this deals damage equal to its power to target opponent unless that player has an untapped creature they control fight this. Activate only during the targeted players combat phase after attackers are declared.
And that's a mouthful, so, I'll take this instead.
T: Target opponent may choose an untapped creature they control. [CARDNAME] fights that creature. If no creature was chosen, [CARDNAME] deals damage equal to its power to that opponent. Activate only during the targeted players combat phase after attackers are declared.
That actually doesn's sound that bad, although I'm not sure if there would be any real motivation for it besides just a gimmick for its own sake.
Plain old Harrow is also instant speed...
You see the ring behind her? And that probably still isn't the biggest one.
