Im not 100 percent sure if sickle ripper is a flamekin notice that its chest is exposed with skeletal appearance, other flamekin ribcages aren't exposed. I have a feeling its might be a spirit like Demigod of revenge.
but from the wizards.com "booster" we know its :1mana::symb: and its a common.. so.. no Demigod for it.
Balancing Angel :2mana::symw::symw:
Creature - Angel Warrior
Flying, Flash
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player chooses a number of lands he or she controls equal to the number of lands controlled by the player who controls the fewest, then sacrifices the rest. Players sacrifice creatures and discard cards the same way.
2/3
When a creature an opponent controls comes into play sacrifice Nodes of Taxation. If you do remove that creature from the game. You gain 2 life.
The above example is obvious a powerful yet not overly powerful Oblivion Ring varient that would signifigantly start to move white into the direction of becoming competative.
Knight of Nee W
Creature Kithkin Knight Rare
Protection from Red
Protection from Black
Whenever your opponent plays a red or black spell you may remove Knight of Nee from the game. If you do return him to play once that spell resolves.
2/1
Wow this is what WW needs some sort of insurance from Damnation and dodges removal.
Thats a super savanah lion!! I can see it being costed at :2mana::symw::symw: but not unless its a 0/1 creature lol.

Phosphorescence Planeswalker - Kenya
Abysmal - As long as an opponent controls a Phosphorescence permanent, ~ loses all other ability and gains ":2mana:: Put a loyalty counter on ~."
-1: Search your library for a Phosphorescence permanent card and put it into play under target opponent's control.
-6: Put an abysmal counter on any number of permanents. Permanents with abysmal counter gains "Abysmal - As long as any player controls a Phosphorescence permanent, this card loses all ability, if its a creature, it can't attack or block."
<3>
Yes it stops lands from producing mana. But it takes quite some trouble to get it to 6 loyalty counters..

Jackpower - blind - Is it considered a mechanics? Other then that question i kind of like your mechanics. It shows the flavour of blinded creature unable to aim at the target.
void_nothing - Ensconce - I like your mechanics, but doesnt giving it Enconce X - <ability> feels better? so it doesn't always have to be 4th from top.
MagicProfessor28 - Burrow - Not a bad take on another type of evasion. But your card's ability doesn't have synergy.. Unless you state Burrow damage is treated as combat damage?
fissionessence - Phosphorescence - Narrow. Unless creatures with Phosphorescence is printed outside the set, no one will really play with them.
1t4 - Terramorph - Not a bad mechanics but it feels abit too narrow and its basically the evolved merfolk change land into island ability. However i do like how you could either fix your mana or screw your opponent to hell! lol.
podunk42 - Plant - I don't understand the flavour of this mechanics. Plants take in nutrients (dead creature) and returning it to life (your hand)? Then plant go back to memories (your library)??? confused @.@
Dragonmayu - Darkness - Hmm some self-wished card? Seems like the rule have to change for this card to work. Activated from remove of game zone! Totally opened a new design space imo.
PlanesJaywalker - edema - Your ability is abit narrow as no one really play remove GY cards, Unless its one of the main theme of this set.
Krey - <Landtype>link - Your mechanics looks strong on the surface. Reminds me of threshold.. But after thinking about it for a moment i realise it discourages players to play multicolour.. and you know how boring it is when all the decks are monocolour. Other then that.. Not a bad mechanics!
ZeroFlowne - Excavate - I like your mechanics. Welldone. Its like split card or kicker but you can choose it anytime. NICE.
1st: ZeroFlowne - I just love your mechanics~
2nd: Dragonmayu - Not very good but i always love wishes~
3rd: krey - Threshold-landstyle-FTW~

History:
Khezus are blind flightless wyverns living in the subterranian tunnels of subterra. Before the great war, Khezus are rarely seen by the inhabitant of subterra and are thought to be mere myths or legend. After the war ends, the inhabitant moved underground and came face to face with the khezus.
Diet:
At first, khezus spend most of their lives searching through the subterranian tunnels using echo location for their favourite diet, Terras, which are highly concentrated , solidified mana. However, most mana sources were depleted after the great war and Terras are unable to form. Thus causing some khezus to switch their diets to the inhabitant of Subterra.
Behaviour:
Khezus are Aggressive and highly territorial. They spend most of their time alone searching for food, only coming together once per decade to breed. This gathering of khezus are known as the "reunion" by the people of subterra. Reunions are bloody, destructive and very dangerous event which causes the inhabitants of subterra to evacuate to the surface.
