So, I picked Isperia and for inspiration I looked at what all her cards cared about (both her guild champion and guild master forms). I got the following:
Flying
Creatures
Creatures with flying
Attacking
Combat damage
Card draw
So here's what I came up with.
Isperia the Adjudicator 1WWUU
Planeswalker - Isperia
+1: Put a 2/2 white and blue Griffin creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
-3: Until the beginning of your next turn, whenever one or more creatures attacks or blocks you may draw a card.
-7: You get an emblem with "Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may cast a card from your hand without paying its mana cost."

Lantern of Insight 2
Artifact
Each player plays with the top card of their library revealed. X2, t: You may cast the top card of target player's library with converted mana cost X, without paying its mana cost this turn.
Soulblight Cadaver BB
Creature - Zombie
When ~ enters the battlefield, you may discard a card. If you don't, sacrifice ~.
When ~ enters the battlefield, target player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

Exile target permanent with converted mana cost 4 or greater, then that permanent's controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card that shares a type with the exiled card with converted mana cost 3 or less. That player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way on bottom of their library in any order.
This indicates that she knows Ulamog and Kozilek are dead, and that all three are a part of a singular whole or process. It's possible that she intends to lock herself away until Ulamog and Kozilek are replaced, restoring them to their intended purpose.
This is a bit preposterous to be introduced by "this indicates". I think this is the truth too, but it's a bit too soon (and we have no certain proof) to say they work together in a bigger plan as servant of cosmic/planar reincarnation/rebirth.
Accepted. Replace "This indicates" with "This hints that" or "This would seem to indicate."
Couple of corrections to the info in the OP: the aura surrounding the gatewatch+Tamiyo was Jace's, not Emrakul's.
The binding didn't fail, it was on the verge of failing. At that point it was Emrakul controlling Tamiyo, not Tamiyo herself, who pulled out the Serra scroll, which she altered to finish powering the faltering binding spell.
The indications are that what we've seen from the Eldrazi is not their actual purpose and that Emrakul knows that she's been lead astray (having been *lured* to both Zendikar and Innistrad) and sees the binding as a way to halt it. She also states that she's incomplete, and that the plane wasn't made ready for her. (edit)This would seem to indicate(/edit) that she knows Ulamog and Kozilek are dead, and that all three are a part of a singular whole or process. It's possible that she intends to lock herself away until Ulamog and Kozilek are replaced, restoring them to their intended purpose.
Short answer, no. I don't think Tamiyo is corrupted by Emrakul, and given how popular she seems to be, I think it would be an extremely poor decision for creative to go down that path.
I'm really surprised to hear everyone saying Kaya's going to be WB, when everything seems to point to UB for me. I literally can't see any white in her at all. Her analytical approach, her phasing abilities, the color in her art, everything point to blue.
Her sense of justice and the conviction to her beliefs indicate white.
Black is inherently selfish and would be unlikely to give up the second half of her payment to let a ghost seek vengeance.
Adding blue wouldn't change that selfishness at all. Adding white would.
UB simply wouldn't care that the noble who hired her killed his own mother unless that fact somehow benefited them. WB would.
Archon of Battle 3RGWW
Creature - Archon
Flying
Whenever a source an opponent controls would deal damage to you or a permanent you control, prevent half of that damage rounded up. ~ deals damage to that source's controller equal to the damage prevented this way.

Ummmm... A planeswalker with inverted loyalty costs. That is to say, they have a very large Plus ability (likely with some sort of resource cost to utilize; eg +X: Mill yourself for X.) that you use to fuel multiple smaller Minus abilities. Instead of the typical Build Up To Ultimate design space.
Azusa, Ever Seeking GG
Planeswalker - Azusa
+1: Look at the top card of your library. If it's a land card you may reveal it and put it into your hand.
+1: You may play an additional land this turn.
-2: You gain 1 life for each land you control.
-6: You get an emblem with "You may play land cards from your graveyard as if they were in your hand."

I'm still confused by Arlinn's poofing out of the story. I mean, the last time she was mentioned was when she convinced the humans to have werewolves fight alongside them. And then there were these ambigious two white werewolves in the battle at Thraben. One might have been Arlinn, but the other?
Ulrich. Art book says he's been leading his pack (and some stray werewolves) against the eldrazi with human help.
Ulrich isn't white though. He still has white "hair" as a werewolf, but he's a dark brown. If they're meant to be Arlinn and Ulrich then it's a major fail on the description.

Whenever you would draw a card, instead you may look at the top two cards of your library. If you do, put one of those cards into your hand and the other on bottom of your library.

Troubling Portents 1UR
Enchantment
Whenever one or more players shuffles their libraries, those players reveal the top card of their libraries. The player who reveals the card with the highest converted mana cost may have ~ deal damage to target creature or player equal to the revealed card's converted mana cost.
EDIT: changed the wording to remove the Clash ability. While clashing IS essentially what's happening you can't clash if only one person shuffles their library, so the keyword doesn't work here.
