OK. A full explanation. At any time during the game, I can pm the mod and be unkillable for that day or night, and the following step. So, If I pm at night, I can't die that night, or the next day. However, if I use this, then the next day-cycle, I can't use it. So, since I used it yesterday, I can't use it again until tomorrow.
...of course there's always the possibility of a gf. That seems kind of whack in a newb, but I haven't been rb'd yet. But we'll cross that bridge once there are no unconfirmed left.

It speaks volumes about our current mindset when people think a 12 year old kid is actually holding a real gun. If people would stop being so afraid of gun-toting psychopaths, then they wouldn't hoard guns of their own to protect themselves, which gives more people fear and reasons to act like this.
