I tested Rites of Flourishing and think it is too slow. I'd rather play Howling Mines.
You have no defensive against aggro decks, as Fog, Gigadrowse or Exhaustion.
I really would like to test it during FNM or a weekly other tournament, but unfotunately the next shop is about 200km away :/
I went 4th with it with the only loss to Goblins, which I lost via dice roll. First place was infect, second Coco elves, third merfolk.
I think Sky Hussar is a great addition to the deck becouse it has no great target on it like the Mentor. I'll give it a try and exchange Mentor and Hsssar
I'm relatively new to the competitive scene, before I played only casual with friends and not on tournaments. I will attend to my third modern tournament on next Friday. I expect a lot of eldrazi and aggro decks.
I read for a while in this thread. First I had problems understanding the mechanic , when I got it, I found the playstyle very interesting and hope it'll come to some funny situations on the tournament.
I have built, based on this thread obviously and hope to get some hints and improvements
