    And it does have a death sentence. Usurers want to make it an "if you don't have money don't play" thing as if spending more money would magically introduce more Bayous into circulation, but it won't. These cards cannot be reprinted therefore there can never be enough to sustain a large player base and the lack of a large player base doesn't benefit anyone that matters.


    I completely agree. Legacy is the best format but to be able to play it is to invest quite a lot. And that also means a weaker player base. I'm against usury so I really hope that eternal brings balance to the legacy price range.

    I've played it a few games. It's very good in control. Very slow in damage. Voidmage prodigy seems worthless tho. I mean it's a counter for four, and is way to slow to use. Any alternatives?

    i've been playing this deck for around two months

    Its too slow


    4x Tormented Soul
    4x Royal Assassin
    2x Rathi Trapper
    4x Undying Evil

    Tormented soul does not hit enough even with bonesplitter.

    Instead of four Royal Assasins I think they should be two

    And I never end up using Undying Evil. Enemies tend to hit me in the face rather burning my creatures.-

    I think maybe it oculd be 2x royal assassin and x2 undying evil and add x4 dark ritual for speeding up early game?
