I have had an Oloro deck for a while now, where the only blue in it is Oloro himself. So Karlov will be a good replacement, since Oloro generates a ton of hate.
I used to run a Cleric tribal, but switched out some of the poor performers for more impactful stuff.
With both out, you can bounce the soul sisters back and forth to gain infinite life since Edgewalker reduces their W mana in the casting cost (i.e. makes them free).
If you throw a Priest of Gix in there (with one of the 1-drop soul sisters), you can generate infinite black mana since he will cost you only 2 colorless to cast, but generates 3 black mana.
I took my Marchesa deck for it's first spin today 1v1. And boy, is Flayer of the Hatebound just sick in this deck. Sac him when he doesn't have a counter, bounces back immediately with +1/+1 from the Undying, deal 5 damage. Sac again with Marchesa out, pops back with no counters at EOT to deal 4 more damage. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Turn 1 Land, (Sol ring or mana Crypt) Rakdos Signet.Turn 2, Land (Of the opposite color.) Tap Rakdos (Using crypt or sol ring) And both lands, Play your general turn 2.
Then you also have all the other suggestion in this thread.
RTFC. Rakdos, Lord of Riots. You can't just power him out on turn 2 without also making the opponent lose life.
Didn't know where else to put this, but I have a couple rules questions for Commander specifically related to Pauper.
1. Is Transguild Courier considered a 5C creature? Meaning can I use it as a pauper Commander and play all 5 colors?
2. If I use a creature with Bestow as my Pauper Commander (ex. Erebos's Emissary), if I cast the creature with Bestow from the Command zone, will I have to pay the tax?

A couple infinite combos I still have in the deck involve Edgewalker and Cloudstone Curio.

Also understand why Dack's Duplicate is a house as well. Dropped it in off Sneak Attack to copy opponent's Captain Sisay, searched up Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, which tapped to create a copy of Scourge of the Throne I dropped in off Sneak Attack. Two attack steps later there was nothing left but a smoking crater.

If you switch the mana to use Snow-Covered Mountains, then you could run Extraplanar Lens and not worry about others getting a benefit, since it will only give them mana if they also tap Snow-Covered Mountains. Snow lands will also let you then run Scrying Sheets and some removal with Mouth of Ronom. Snow lands also let you run Glacial Crevasses for some Fog action in red.
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for some ramp.
Ignition Team can be really big, and help create some more power.
Tahngarth, Talruum Hero can attack and act as removal of smaller stuff.
Vulshok Battlemaster grabs all equipment in play.
Ogre Geargrabber is fun to grab someone's equipment for the turn.
Insurrection is usually a blowout.
War's Toll forces players to fully commit on their turns if they intend to do anything.
Uphill Battle to slow your opponents down.
Rage Reflection for more damage.
In the Web of War is the original inspiration for Ogre Battledriver.
Rally the Horde can be hit or miss finisher when you have a Lovisa or another pumper/haster out.
Aftershock for some solid removal.
Grim Haruspex - Add some card draw for our stuff dying.
Have you found anything else worthy of testing?

I don't have quite the extensive card list you do, so was thinking about slotting him in for one of the other hard to get ones.

Also, you have Sentry of the Underworld listed under Rakdos when I should be under Orzhov.
