River Hoopoe was a good card as a ramp payoff. I think this is even better. The ability es cheaper and the "play a land" is better than "gain 2 life". Also, 4 toughness is good to not die to bolts.

I still miss some good simic fatty to play as a true payoff, instead of this "enablers". Something like Sagu Mauler or Simic Sky Swallower.

    Drider

    4B
    Creature - Elf Spider
    Reach
Whenever Drider deals combat damage to a player, create a 2/1 Spider creature token with menace and reach.
    4/3

This doesn't impact the board when arrives (something important for a 5 cmc creature), so I don't see it so good, but the effect is decent.

Note that Overgrowth adds an additional GG to the mana your enchanted land produces (so, 3 mana, 4 if it's a bounceland)

Find the path adds only GG (2 mana) OR the mana your land produces. This is not additional mana, it's choose one: Add GG or add R, for example.

    You find the Villains' Lair
    1UU Instant (Common)
    Choose one:
    - Counter target spell.
    - Draw two cards, then discard two cards.

This card is awesome. A common Archmage's Charm. Better than Neutralize? Or Supreme Will?

I don't know, maybe I'll cut Embereth Shieldbreaker to play this Plundering Barbarian.

    Another interesting card:
You see a Pair of Goblins.
    2R Instant
    - Create two goblin tokens.
    - Creatures you control gain +2/+0 until eot.

Plundering Barbarian is the best Manic Vandal variant yet and will replace Irreverent Revelers in my cube.

Not for me. Haste is better than create a treasure, if you don't have an artifact to destroy.

    Dawnbringer Cleric is decent:
    1/3, 1W
When etb, choose one: gain 2 life, destroy target enchantment or exile a card from a graveyard.

    OWLBEAR 3GG
    Creature: Bird Bear
    Trample
When ~ ETB, draw a card.
    4/4

Is this better than Arborback Stomper? I mean, the life gain in Arborback is good to stabilize against aggro, and 5 power is also nice.

    Life gain vs card draw...

Good midrange card. I like it.

The case with Tireless Provisioner is Peasant doesn't have ten-twelve fetchlands as Cubes with high rarity cards have.

Instead we have Evolving Wilds, Terramorphic Expanse (and bouncelands) and then ramp spells (creatures and spells que search for a land or two).

I've cut the 3-mana noncreature ramp spells (Cultivate, Kodama's Reach) and I'm playing more 2-cmc enchant-land cards, so landfall is not so easy for me, but I'm gonna try Provisioner, just because I have a slot for it. If the experiment goes bad, she will be replaced.

Thanks for your answers about Ivy Lane.

I did some drafts with Fast // Furious and was very decent. I play it on a Boros Burn deck for the draw mode. Nice option. And I even casted the wrath mode against an abzan midrange deck to clean the board. That day I won 3-0 and the card was always good.

If you want to add Scurry Oak and/or Herd Baloth to your Cube, and you are playing Renata, Caller of the Hunt, would you add Ivy Lane Denizen to the Cube??

I mean, you are adding combo potential to the Cube, but forgot that. What I want to know: is Ivy Lane Denizen a good card to run being there Renata? Is it worth to have both for the +1+1 counters archetype, or you would play with only one of them?

Anyone going to try out R/G storm?

Sinister Starfish with surveil and not scry is great. Blocks well, filters your topdecks, fills your graveyard... Better for Control and graveyard decks than the blue Starfish.

Faithless Salvaging not requires discard as an additional cost. Maybe not awesome, but is good for red decks when you are on top deck mode.

Foundation Breaker is definitely solid but there are a lot of choices nowadays for this effect: Reclamation Sage, Thrashing Brontodon, Wilt and Wickerbough Elder come to mind.

I don't run most of the "power" artifacts (skullclamp, Sol Ring, Warhammer etc.) so I don't need any more of these effects (I am not even running the elder) so I would have to cut one of those.

I personally think Foundation Breaker is worse then Sage. It's only better then Brontodon, Elder and Wilt if you can reliably have a target so this depends on your cube, I guess.

Nobody runs Acidic Slime these days?

And we have Entomb on a stick with deathtouch. Really nice card.

    Abhorrent Gravedigger
    2BB
    Creature - Zombie Warlock

    Deathtouch
Whenever Abhorrent Gravedigger enters the battlefield, search your library for a card, and put it into your graveyard.
