Don't you need something like 20 other blue sources for pitch spells to be reliably cast for free? I don't think most lists run the requisite colored cards to support FoN. Yes, you can hardcast it, but don't we normally tap out to do our own thing each turn? I don't think FoN is a great card for us.
I agree with this, you are normally busy doing your own thing.
Btw has anyone tried baby teferi? It seems like a decent inclusion, as it protects the combo decently, other than providing cards in the long run and giving a little bit of time against midrange decks. Also, playing cantrips instant speed is not that bad, that's a decent plus. I might try him maindeck in place maybe of a pact and an unlife (or something else, don't really wanna cut that). Furthermore, with the rise of UW decks it might be stronger than it seems.
I like the new Teferi for the deck, cut pact an phyrexian unlife and put 2 Teferi, control decks with Dovin Veto can be very difficult for us :-(

What do you think about the new planeswalker Teferi Time Raveler for Bring to light Scapeshift?,with this planeswalker on the table,the opponent can't counter the Scapeshift,with +1 Bring to light, Scapeshift,farseek instants and with +3,artifacts, white leylines and creatures to the hand, I think two copies in the main are necessary

What does the rest of your list look like? Are you gonna be running more control style with remands and such or more land grab with explore and farseek?

The future is RUG Scapeshift without bring to light,ruturn the vintage RUG Scapeshift with Growth Spiral,I think is the card star in the new Scapeshift deck, with Snapcaster mage is great!!!

I think Wayward Swordtooth is better than Scout because Wayward is a 5/5,can't die with a lightning bolt,..., The Scout is very light with Izzet Phoenix.
Through the Breach-Titan is very poweful and Emrakul is destroy too.
I think Amulet breach is easier to play than Amulet Titan without breach.
The worst of Amulet breach is very slow at first without amulet,the deck needs more agressive mulligans, turn 1 Amulet,turn 2 Azusa or Wayward and turn 3 breach or titan.
Nobody speak about the last amulet titan breach deck,winner the last SCG in Worcester? The deck play with 4 Azusa and 3 Wayward Swordtooth the manaramp and 4 Through the breach to fast combo kill with Titan and Emrakul.
