I actually think the meta is slowing down we are seeing way more Aetherworks and control decks the mardu decks are tuned to be a bit slower to deal with super aggro decks and mono black is super aggro but lots of exile effects may favor the flash deck
Wondering why humans arnt doing well in this meta. My personal results have been good but very few lists are turning up in online competitions any one know why whats the deck thats putting humans down what are the bad matchups?
My 2 cents : Your theme really is Weenies. But with 9 spells that cost 3, and only 20 lands, you're asking for trouble. Emma Handy posted a great article today on SCG, explaining the importance of playing more lands. If you want to stay Mono-White, you should probably add lands 21-22, and include mana sinks like Westvale Abbey. You're going to have an easier time casting your spells, and can dump your mana in the Abbey if you flood out.
Also, I don't think playing the sets of Solidarity (Trial and Cartouche) is worth it. I beleive you'll be disappointed after a few real tests. I may be wrong, however! So share your results with us as soon as they come in (good or bad ; we all learn from the good and the bad decisions of others).
But frankly, I think you're missing an opportunity by not going Boros. Bloodlust Inciter, Hanweir Garrison and the burn spells are really amazing. Honored Crop-Captain is good too with weenies. And you should always have Metallic Mimic in a Human deck (a flurry of 3 Weenies on T3 on a T2 Mimic is super good). And with Boros, you'll have great mana sinks in Needle Spires and Hanweir Battlements.

so after my initial testing
iv played roughly 10 games against mardu with 2 glorybringers and 3 games against U/W control
i went 7wins - 3losses against mardu (all mainboard) and won 3 against control
the reasons for not playing red is i think first week we should be trying to be effecient and fast as possible due to the fact we dont know the meta
the R/W version seemed to be almost the same speed in terms of mardu and that it turns more into a 50/50 match. this was from my testing before Cat ban.
but i will be putting in 1 abby mainboard.
This is what i plan to play first week with no Copy-cat
the combo going away allows us to not have to play instant speed removal
so went with a super aggro build of humans to go under mardu and control variants

If that deck new abzan coco deck takes off then we might see Valakut come back more frequently, well a lot more then now
what is the consensus on hexproof player cards like Witchbane Orb
It can be played turn 3 with a mind stone
It would be good against Valakut decks, Burn, U/R Gifts Storm, and protects from thoughtzeize and liliana minus. also slightly good against Conflagrate also the mirror against Walking Ballista & Thought-Knot Seer
did the chalices do any work for you? i'd personally like to see more bodies in those slots. i enjoy hearing about the blood moons. it sounds like they were pretty stellar for you during the whole event. did they ever hurt you? with so many fetches it seems like they would be making a lot of red mana for you that you don't really want. did you consider spirebluff canals? or lightning bolts? did you miss mutavaults?
Yeah the chalices are a bit of a nuisance sometimes I can see maybe being able to play cursecatcher over them to try out. haven't really had any problems with mana besides from the fact having to fetch against burn. basically just need 2 blue sources master of waves and Reejerey require only one blue so fetch early and 3rd and 4th land is fine what ever it is if blood moon is out. Its just about sequencing when it comes to blood moon.

turn 1 Expedition Envoy
turn 2 Cartouche of Solidarity + Expedition Envoy attack for 3
turn 3 Trial of Solidarity doing 11 damage
turn 4 Cartouche of Solidarity + replay Trial of Solidarityattack for lethal even if they block or kill something

I really hate the Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle decks, it seems like very bad matchup.
