Strong card on its own. Cool flavor is also cool. Too lazy to search up angels in standard to see if this could realistically create an angel shell. That said, it definitely could be played on its own as a 2-of win con of a control shell, or at least come from the sideboard in the aggro matchups.
Only 8 angels in Standard right now; 10 if you count the two in the Welcome 2017 deck, one of which is Serra Angel. Angel of Condemnation is cmc 4, 2 more at cmc 5, 3 at cmc 6, and 2 at cmc 7, all mono-white. It seems awfully difficult to go for Angel Tribal, even after this set drops. On the other hand, if Lyra Dawnbringer and at least one other angel remain on the battlefield long enough to attack at least once it should become difficult for your opponent to win.
The art is probably better than the effect. That being said, use it in your small green/white token deck to randomly cast Ghalta with all the extra mana, or perhaps a reasonably-sized Kamahl's Druidic Vow.
Naban is like Panharmonicon--wizards with etb triggers will trigger themselves an extra time. Champion of Wits becomes "draw 2, discard 2, draw 2, discard 2" (or 4, 2, 4, 2 if eternalized), Reflector Mage becomes "bounce 2 creatures", and so Snapcaster Mage will target two instants or sorceries in your graveyard.
Has there ever been an Endless Obedience effect for planeswalkers from any graveyard? In any event, the extra price necessary to cast this spell is not only trivial but worth it.
The probability of casting an inexpensive Ghalta on turn 5 just increased. I haven't seen that many people playing Big Green or Big Green/Red so maybe I should give that deck a try.
This seems too good to be true but I am not going to contest the issue. I will note, though, that sweepers which do not target are going to be prioritized more highly now--Hour of Devastation, Hour of Revelation, Fall of the Thran, etc.
Indeed it is, but there isn't enough scry available right now. Black/blue decks sometimes use Opt and often Glimmer of Genius but we aren't going to have Glimmer for much longer. The Scarab God allows for scrying but, truthfully, by the time you have that creature out you are winning instead of worrying about scrying. I haven't seen anyone use Reason // Believe so far even though "scry 3" is pretty useful.
Now we need to have two exile zones, one for Rona and one generic. It is a shame that Standard has almost no way to manipulate the top card of your library other than Forerunners at this time.

I really should learn how to RTFC--I did not realize until right now, when I read your comment, that this saga says "one mana of any color".
