There are other races which are predominately white, but these are not the characteristic race of the respective color. Please don't ask me why that is the case. It just is.
That being said Kor, Leonin and Azra are all really solid pics for MMO races.
We also have Orcs and Dwarves in red which fantasy staples but are often neglected in MTG.
I still think that Ixalan and Dominaria was pretty good. I liked the Vraska and Jace romance pirate thing, the pragmatism which connects Gideon and Lilli. Those were all good character driven stories.
Bolas is unfortunately utterly boring. Because he is so powerful and clever most of his "plans" actually read more like series of really convenient events. I am therefore actually quite happy that he will get canned for a while. (I assume they somehow can transfer him with the Immortal Sun to the meditation realm and he gets stuck there until they decide to get him out of his prison again.
In fact he might be even more interesting when he is stuck there and can not interfere directly with things but somehow has to work through less competent henchmen and actually has to take failure into account.
I agree. Humans are unfortunately the characteristic race for white. Just like Dragons are the iconic red race. Both could be done by Kor and Phoenixes which have a more focused color identity.
I would think that the classic race/class model will be applied here.
The Characteristic Races: Human (W) Merfolk (U) Vampire (B) Goblin (R) Elf (G)
There are enough planes where merfolk have legs and the Zendikar Vampires are not undead and should be able to hold a spark.
From a class perspective I would assume: Soldier (WR), Wizard (RUB), Cleric (WB), Druid (G), Shaman (GR), Rogue (RBU)
I usually like Cryptic MMOs. I would think that the characters would of course be planeswalker. They make the most sense as player characters, and planeswalker can change planes, so I would say that this will be an important part of the game.
It would have more the flavor of a Crash Landing, but I like the idea.
What about changing controller to opponent? This way you could fling your own creatures at the opponent, which would get around the issue that this is often a dead card in your hand.
Yeah I am disagreeing here. Proper shuffling takes a while the only reason why that is not bothering everyone is that most people don't shuffle properly.
That being said fetches are a one and done thing. If they are in the graveyard they often stay there. Nexus on the other hand goes back into the deck and the longer the games goes the more you draw Nexus and the more you start shuffling.
That being said, the game needs a solid minion mechanic to have thopter, zombies and whatnot join the fight.
I honestly hope that Elesh Norn will not be that wasted... In fact I hope Mirrodin/New Phyrexia will not be blown to pieces.

Or something along the line
Those are amazing. Well done.

Also the Bird Fold should be Crane Gold, because that is the typically Origami Bird.
