Vapor Snag isn't a cantrip, were you thinking of something else?
I could actually see the argument for Vapor Snag in the "1 mana creature removal" slot as a way to out-tempo an opponent without losing 4 points of life in the matchups where your life really matters and you're just trying to race. Is this something that was explored in the past and just deemed to be not as good? I'm still relatively new to infect and don't know much of the history of the deck.
