Actually, I'll block with Cloudthresher, so you can't reanimate anything and Teneb dies. You're at 17 life because of my attack last turn in combination with Cloudthresher's CIP effect.
End of mishraman's turn I get a 2/2 from Factory/Cairns.

Main:
Play Fungal Reaches (2 CiH)
Tap Reaches, Play Cloudthresher (1 CiH), all players and flyers take 2 damage.
Attack mishraman with Masked Admirers (3/2) and 2/2 token.
I'll use Graven Cairns' second ability to pay for Urza's Factory's second ability at the end of mishramans next turn, if not sooner depending on extenuating circumstances and all that.
I'm voting no on this one, because I don't think this is the right implementation of what you're trying to do. I might support future attempts at the same goal though (perhaps Xyl's wording?).
You get 5 free mana per card per turn, right? So he activates Cairns to get 2 mana, then uses that plus the 5 for Factory to make a token. That's how it was being played in the last DC5. Or am I missing something?
That's how I thought it worked. Cairns gets its own 5 mana to spend on abilities.

CP makes a good point there. I was forgetting that an edit would automatically reroll the die. I suppose it's honestly best then (and probably more in the spirit of the original rules) to simply declare all Clashes automatically lost for both sides.
@mishraman1212: Sure there's no way for a non-land or non-basic land to have a duplicate in the bin, but a basic land can. So Candles of Leng ends up suffering from the same problem as Scrying Sheets doesn't it?
Can you play more than one copy of a basic land? I had the feeling that Rule 3 trumped basic-ness.
If it doesn't, maybe it should only work until there is a basic land in your bin, at which point it just mills a basic.
your logic makes no sense they only get more points if the proposal passes they a) cannot lose points and b) only gain points if people already believe it's a worth while proposal. also just because something happened in another nomic doesn't mean we should do the same thing here. The thing that astounds me most is that you think people shouldn't be rewarded based on the success of there proposal.
Well, no, they shouldn't. Decent proposals can easily be voted down by an antagonistic crowd, and bad proposals can be swept in on a wave of careless votes. The success of a proposal has more to do with its popularity and less to do with its quality.
The problem with both the point incentives for winning and the point penalties for losing is that they encourage players not to vote for any given law because the fewer laws other people pass, the better the chances are that you'll win. If we want to get any meaningful legislation through, we'd be better off without these incentives distracting us from the legislation itself.
nvm
Is this part of a new program of R&D's that supports printing complicated and undercosted cards in core sets in order to scare away new players?
Is there any indication that Shadowmoor will be graveyard based?

As long as we're here, I might as well bring up Candles of Leng.
