broken indeed. at some point you'd be able to draw a chain of vapor (or any other low cost bounce) and bounce kindred discovery (or locust god) anytime you wish so you could end the loop.
You and the opponent get to draw only one card though (for each instance an opponent gets to draw 2 or more cards). But for wheel effect, you get to draw 7 + the number of oppnents and your opponents get to draw only one... sweet.
I'm am this close of pre-
I mean this is a budget Doubling season
O thought so at first, but this can be run in a non-green deck. Also, this can be abusive since it's an ETB effect (via blink, clone or recursion). So it has it's advantages. But, don't let your opponents clone it, it could back fire that way, hahahaha.
Exactly that's one reason why this is a budget version of Doubling season.
Reason number to you have to have a exile and re-enter permanent in your hands. I.e Eldrazi displacer
What I meant was, it seems like it's a doubling season. It's only comparable in the sense that it doubles counters. But in terms of function, it's actually not. This can also be an expensive card in the set, but indeed, not as expensive as that damn doubling season. hahaha.
