Decks are placed in Established if they show good enough results over several tournaments. Sometimes, you just have bad days. Even the good decks and good players have to lose sometime.
is there now way he can make the first post of that thread the last post of this on? If not, that's really fine, we can just post a link to the other in each thread, and continue from here. Alternatively, we can go through and copy the whole thread (or at least the valuable, non-"i have no idea how this works") posts and paste them into the start of this thread in spoiler tags.
I'll skip on the mod tags here, since it's a bit of an explanation.
The reason I can't is because of the timestamps on the posts. If I merged the threads, it would merge and order them based on time and date of the post.
The only way I could get around that would be to find a post of Blitz Reloaded's that was older than "06-22-2011, 12:35 AM". If there was, I could use a little mod magic and make it work None exist, and it's certainly no fault of his.
I hope that explanation sheds some light on the matter. I wish I could fulfill your request, but I'm unable to.
What I will do is close the old thread so people do not get confused.
Thanks for making the new thread! Keep it up! Sorry for the sidetrack post.
I might have said this back in this thread, but MHF joined the gutter at the time it was staffed by solely 3 admins. The gutter community reported him at large, but as mikeyG and Clock King reported in here, the suspicions were never confirmed (he was just banned for being an Elysium gimmick, then unbanned, once a retired admin vouched for hi not being Elysium (since the retired admin knew he was actually kcw, yet didn't disclose this part of the info)).
When new gutter staff was appointed, there was no solid evidence that MHF was a returned banned member (or anything else than basically educated guesses), and the previous staff (3 admins) had deemed unnecessary to gutterban him, so as I said, we decided to uphold the past decisions of the staff (and really it would come in bad taste if we started gutterbanning people immediately after being staffed, just because we didn't like them before).
tl;dr: We don't ban people over suspicions
Then what about the current members who made the mess over the helpdesks?
You say that you don't ban people over suspicions, but your earlier posts makes it sound like it was more than a suspicion. You say that you, and I'm using 'you' in the manner you are using 'we', decided to uphold past decisions of the staff, but it's ok for 'you' to ignore admin directions in a helpdesk?
The moderation "team" in the Gutter is set up so that a staff, that cannot otherwise be Gutterbanned, is always present in the team, specifically because the rule of Guttersuspension applies equally to all members of the Gutter. If (N_S) were to post a picture of him flipping off a camera in response to another user's post and be infracted (for example), he wouldn't be able to see the Gutter for the duration of the infraction's life.
The Gutter "staff" list for the longest time has included at least one Administrator, myself, and one or more non-Staff Gutter members. Currently it consists of kpaca, (N_S), Yokura, Annorax, and yours truly. The implication of this is that, as previously noted, the Gutter operates itself on a "merit-based" system, where users are asked to lurk and generally try to fit in, where members who don't comply (as my Gutter-stuck, large-font, bold-face note to all new posters explains) are subject to being kicked out with or without warning. Administrators, while on the moderation team for the Gutter, generally have not participated in the daily going-ons of the Gutter, but for {mikeyG} while he was on staff.
In the same post where you state that the Gutter's bad image comes from a vocal minority that can't control their urges and incite people, you also make no effort to separate that vocal minority from the overarching construct of the Gutter and spread that bad image -- which is, in itself, an inciteful act and lacking control. That's pretty ironic. Just sayin'.
As a one of The Gutter mods, since you said admins don't really participate in the daily going-ons, is it not your responsibility to control, and if not control, exclude those minority members that continuously cause issues? By not excluding them, you give the appearance of having harbored them, therefore become associated. Someone said kcw's gimmick wasn't gutter banned because he didn't post that often. That still gives a very poor appearance.
Because I don't want to have to go through and warn/infract several posts for spam/flaming...
...knock off the childish back-and-forth bickering. Just because we're on an online forum for a card game doesn't mean we check out maturity at the door.
"Modern events aren't firing? It musn't be popular then, so let's yank the cord. It has absolutely nothing to do with the fact we botched the whole bannings thing."
These aren't accusations, I just don't want to provide information other users gave me because if they got in trouble or banned for stuff then I wouldn't be able forgive myself.
Then we can't go about addressing anything you, or others, see as wrong as when you can't tell us what's wrong.

And Pein, feathers, if you have an issue with a thread, report it. Don't spam post bemoaning the forums. Thanks.
If you disagree and want to continue discussing the promo card, let me know.
That aside, good luck with your Mishra deck!

Did you talk to the mod?
Did you escalate this to a global or admin?

Herein is the crux. You toss accusations out, but when asked to provide evidence you conveniently decline. Ergo, nothing productive.
