For redundancy try Neurok Transmuter? Unfortunately he can't hit anything but creatures, but he definitely turns all of your Oxidize-effects into Murders.
I'd suggest replacing Ad Nauseam with something like Momentous Fall - I imagine swinging with an 8/8 Leech, then after combat refilling my hand and gaining 8 life.
First off, it's "rogue", not "rouge". Rouge is French for red.
Interesting build- I would firstly think that you'd be afraid of your Razer being exiled. Perhaps Vines of Vastwood in the sideboard? Maybe even mainboard? It fits the theme pretty well- even if they can't kill the Razer, it's nice to swing for 8 with him.
Also, how about getting the most out of Landfall with cards like Harrow? I'm thinking in place of Birds? I get why BoP is here, but to push the mechanic, I wouldn't rely fully on the Razer.
Bloodbraid Elf and Birds of Paradise aren't very good mates in the same deck. Cascading into a mana producer is really kind of a bummer. I'd take out the Elves and add something that can take advantage of all the mana ramping you're doing- like Siege-gang Commander or Bogardan Hellkite.
I think the Cannonist is best paired with counterspells. A common way for opponents to fight through countermagic is to bait one, then play the spell they really want resolved. This seems to achieve your "lock" better than just dropping a Cannonist.
The Shieldmage really is a nice card, but I think he's one of the first slots to look at cutting here. Maybe keep one or two as a surprise factor.
The life totals rules for 2HG confuse me a bit. Please help me to clear this up.
If my partner controls Sygg, River Cutthroat and I play Flame Javelin (targeting one of our opponents), would my partner draw a card at the end of the turn?
Similarly, would he draw a card at the end of the turn if I played Volcanic Fallout (dealing 2 damage to each player for a total of 4 to the opposing team)?
I suppose that means Child makes a really bad general
Not necessarily. He's still a big beatstick and when destroyed, you can always choose whether to put it into the graveyard or RFG. This actually makes him pretty flexible, as long as you include enough recursion/reanimation in the deck to support this plan. If you have a particular permanent in play (that you'd like to keep in play) along with the Child and the Child gets killed, you have the choice of doing so where otherwise you wouldn't.
Our group plays slightly differently; we allow cards with mana symbols outside of your General's, but in no way can you ever produce those colors. This makes mana bases a little easier by allowing things like Savage Lands in a Lyzolda deck. It also opens up deck design space by being able to put cards like Giant Solifuge in the same deck.
I think Rupture Spire is terrible in an aggressive deck, however nice it plays with Reflecting pool. Thornling may be too green-intensive, as well. How about Might of Alara? Child of Alara seems good as well.
Vines of Vastwood seems much better than most of your pump spells.

Also, a bit of removal might help... Maybe Gatekeeper of Malakir?

Maybe instead of Harrow, use Khalni Gem??
I'm calling it now as a reprint. It'd be powerful in the right deck, but it's symmetrical enough that it wouldn't be insane.

That's really the only thing that excites me about it, though- I'm not looking forward to pulling more than one of these out of packs.
Aphotic Whisps and Contaminated Bond are terrible. Agony Warp is excellent to remove threats/blockers as is Inversion.
Perhaps Thoughtseize? Add green for Jhessian Infiltrator?
