I cannot for the life of me fathom why they used the Serra Ascendant wording when Ajani is right over there in the set file, using wording that doesn't cause him to break in commander. At least a 4/4 flyer on 3 is less obnoxious than a 5/5 flying lifelink on 1, but still, I'm gonna feel bad using her.
    ...
Like, I still WILL, but I'll feel bad about it.

Best, dumbest card of the set. 10/10.

Is it too much to ask they stop making angels that are comically worse than Shepherd of the Lost?

    A masculine angel. That's... unusual.

The beautiful bastard offspring of Split cards and Flashback. I'm game. Lets see what other nonsense we can get in this format.

"Sacrifice a creature" fails to kill in an effective manner? If you're running Grixis and you can't kill creatures as they come, you're in for a bad time.

Removal that draws cards has pretty much always been good. Yes, Sacrifice isn't as good as Destroy, but it's still pretty good unless you're dealing with token spam, in which case there are plenty of other options out there to solve those particular problems. But if you've been maintaining board control, this card can basically single-handedly seal the deal mid game.

The "Enters untapped if you have [basic] or [other basic]" land cycle should help with that. Those and the Tango Lands (Battle lands, whatever) look like they'll play together well in two-color.

Innistrad was never a Lovecraftian block. It was gothic horror. And even this thing is closer to something more along the lines of The Thing, only not a shapeshifter. Just a giant squid.

And your evidence that's the case would be...? Clearly not any of the cards teased, as they all use <> exactly as one would use a color, and colorless costs are still there chilling out. Because this apparently has to still be explained, colorless is not a color. Colorless has never been a color. Colorless will never be a color. The absence of a thing is not a thing. This "Void Mana" or however you want to call it is quite clearly not just one colorless mana: Though it may not have color identity of its own, it is quite clearly not what Sol Ring and the like produces.
