One thing I despise about the latest story is that they seem to just put 14 years as Angrath's period of not seeing his daughters for the sake of quick sympathy. Sure, I'm fine with giving sympathetic quality to characters, but that 14 years feel very excessive (because, parents, I can imagine how you feel when you don't get to see your children for just, say three years). Although you can say that sentiment stems from my trauma on how BADLY the last time Creative Team tried to depict some millenia-old toddlers (*cough*SorinNahiri*cough*), which also unfortunately mars my hopes on having any semblance of decent story going with Azor, who's a 10K old dude who's probably going to be overshadowed by his own creation (the failsafe Guildpact)
Otherwise, I like Angrath and his freedom-minded mentality. Funny to see him and Huatli being paired
Attune with Aether getting banned makes me wonder if that card is the reason why we have the sucky Dinosaur rampant Growth in RIX (what's the name again?)....
I don't know why this should be legendary, especially since the name is too mundane. Otherwise, this is a fine lord, though not flashy enough to be mythic.

Sorcery (R)
Two target players exchange control of all nonbasic lands they control. "I've always dreamed of how it feels like to live in marble castle."
This means that if you yourself play mostly basic lands and an opponent heavily plays nonbasics, this becomes a ramp/LD combo of sorts. I think the cost is probably too steep, but what do you think?
Hmmm.... a bit hard to evaluate.... I think this probably works, all in all, allowing you to punish X/X creatures with impunity, but mostly works if you have low power/high toughness creature to use it. For now I see it's fine, but someone may give a second thought.
Inspired by some Pokemon.
Eschaton Dragon3RR
Creature - Dragon (M)
Flying 3RR, T: If there is no dragonfire counter on Eschaton Dragon, put a dragonfire counter on it. Otherwise, remove a dragonfire counter from it and it deals 10 damage to each opponent and each creature and/or planeswalker an opponent controls. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.

Erm..... Depending on where this is printed, this could be either a niche, or a finisher by itself. Case in point: Cosi's Ravager + Golgari Rot Farm....
Unless I'm missing something, that combo does not work, since you can't play Golgari Rot Farm with Moonbow on the battlefield. That aside, I think that said card is fine, but I would keep it in Bant colours, since some of the cards that would benefit the most from, and that have a deeper connection with the satellite are blue (for example Moonbow Illusionist itself).
Whoops.... my bad. I misread "may not play nonbasic lands" as "may ONLY play nonbasic lands"
Still, my original opinion stands where Cloudstone Curio is involved.
Anyway, Divide the Mind...... I dunno... More expensive than Colfenor's Plans, so the lack of drawback feels ok (ok, technically it has a drawback: Unlike the plans, this allows your opponent to see what's in your deck). I guess it can work, all in all.

Whenever an opponent draws a card except during his or her turn, you may pay B. If you do, return Tombless Archivist from your graveyard into the battlefield. An archivist seeks to record all there is to record, and anything they hear but have yet to jot down will stir them from their slumber.

One thing I like about this card is that thanks to Flash, it can work both offensively and defensively: Give your blocked creature deathtouch, or flash this in as a blocker herself.
Each player chooses any number of creatures he or she controls with total power 4 or less
If the wording is exactly that, that means the number of creatures each player can save is very limited: If your board is a mass of 4/4s, you get to save only one of them, but if, say you have many Doran enablers (including Doran itself), the Doran player potentially don't have to sacrifice anyone at all.
Now, aside from Teferi's Protection and such, is there any card that temporarily Downsize your army, or mass pump your enemy's army?
I have to say I am surprised Mutiny is a common. Considering the many, many rare removal spells in this block, I would've expected something like this to be rare as well.
Admittedly, it's no Blood Feud... But hey, target an opponent's deathtouch and it gets the job done as well anyway...

Good idea, but reducing your creatures' toughness as well might backfire on you....
At least your idea reminds me to Mirrorweave, which you can use to force token makers to suffer like you do.
And besides, compared to Notion Thief, it's a one-shot effect. Forbidden Orchard is not amused.
