One of the guys in my group has a bunch of decks that are using multiple different sleeve colors, like 50 white and 50 orange ones. We know it's not organized and he isn't cheating or anything, he just did it to reuse old sleeves. Inconsistent sleeving isn't a problem for me if it's not being abused, but some people don't trust others. If you do it right it's just fine I think, but I would probably just double sleeve them all anyways. Personally I double sleeve all my decks because I like them all being the same, even if they aren't all containing very expensive cards.
You mean your prossh deck caused your play group to need to be even more powerful just to keep up with you, and then it became too intense, so you took the deck a part?
...Like a nuclear arms race with the leader of the race dropping out and switching from nukes to water guns...
Prossh will do that...or make everyone hate you. I just made the deck and it's so good it's not fun for my normal play group.
I don't know if this has been suggested, but what if you choose a planeswalker like Jace or Sorin as your LP and you would have each version of them available to you, but could only play each version once. It would make more varied gameplay, plus I think it would allow you to use every walker there is because their power levels would be balanced by only being able to be played once per version. Also it would make certain walkers very challenging to pilot because they have only one or two versions. Maybe you can re play walkers that have only a couple versions a couple times to make it more balanced.
I just try to keep only a few super obnoxious combo decks in my repertoire. I love combo decks but I hate being "that douche combo guy" so I have many other decks (11 right now... also I hate to own super cool cards and not use them).
That being said, even with choosing decks that are most evenly matched to the opponents I have, I occasionally find some of these cards to be a little too effective...not that I have cut them, but I have noticed they have made other people grumpy. The list is not in order.
There is no way there will be a cycle of lands that all etb to create an artifact for free. They learned from the last artifact lands, that free artifacts coming into play from lands are too easy to abuse. They would have to worry about whether ban then in modern etc. I just don't see it happening.
In my jori en deck I have an artifact theme, mostly just because I had good "artifact matters" cards I wanted to play with in a commander deck. She seemed like a good commander for an artifact deck because of the izzet colors having lots of good artifact support cards, and me wanting to draw cards from playing mana rocks.
It has been good so far. As far as cards I found that combo with her, I suggest the suspend spells that re-cast every three turns (arc blade, reality strobe, epochrasite).
In my Animar deck Myojin of Seeing Winds always draws at least 12 cards, sometimes over 20. Usually that's enough to draw into anything I need to win on the spot. It's definitely worth paying UUU to cast and it's a cheap card to buy.
I see what you mean about the cost reducers, they don't really do anything special unless you are drawing cards when you play a creature along with one of those other cards with draw triggers I suggested in play. Any normal mana rock would also least help flip the morph and even play interactive spells too.
When you resolve conflux in a game it feels like you are cheating...revealing the cards doesn't matter it's almost like a moment to brag about what you got to the table...that said a couple of the best cards to search for in your deck are colorless...I'm not sure what to suggest cutting either, I have not played with it to know what's not working for you. Maybe something else that is also expensive to use. I feel like it's definitely a card you run for fun, not necessity, but it is undeniably powerful. I felt compelled to use it just because I have a 5 color deck
Animar will discount the cost to morph, so once he has 3 counters, morphs are free... Honestly, many of these ideas are from my Animar deck... the rest are tutors from my 5 color deck or just quickly thinking about more ways to cheaply cast morphs. I really like putting value engines in my decks... only drawing one card a turn makes it take forever to find our favorite toys reducing the cost of your creatures enough along with a value engine will let you rip through your whole deck.

There is a time and place for insanely fast combo killing decks like Animar, Soul of Elements and Ezuri, Renegade Leader. I also have dedicated control decks like Merieke Ri Berit and Tasigur, the Golden Fang and even creature based decks that have to grind their way to a slow victory with attacking and playing value creatures like my Karador, Ghost Chieftain and Aurelia, the Warleader.
That being said, even with choosing decks that are most evenly matched to the opponents I have, I occasionally find some of these cards to be a little too effective...not that I have cut them, but I have noticed they have made other people grumpy. The list is not in order.

It's my only hope
