Plus, it was hella fun pretending to be two different players even in our PM's. Smile
    I agree. Grin

    Ah well, c'est la vie.

At some point, you'll learn my super secret identity. Cool

Hyram is only my third or so choice, but I wouldn't be unsatisfied ending the day with his lynch. Let's get to night.

I see arimnaes beat me to the punch.

I would be quite happy seeing Hyram swing after that.

What I meant is that Cyan 'seemed' to come by his information about either because he is a mason also or there is a different group that he's apart of.

It's unlikey there are multiple groups of masons. Therefore I think that WoD's claim is likely.

I've given you everything I've been given without quoting my role pm. My actual game name is preceded by 'agent' and my poison was granted to me by the government. I have any other information.

    At this point I think Dagger is more or less cleared. I refuse to jump on the ged train. The person that sticks out most in my mind is Arimnaes due to the near pointlessness of his attack on loran. In the sake of time;

    Unvote, Vote Arimnaes.
What the hell? First you prod vaguely in the direction of Dagger, the person competing with you for a wagon, then you do a 180 and vote arimnaes for a reason that doesn't even make sense?

    unvote, vote Hyram.

I still wouldn't mind pursuing bertrand or loran, actually, but it seems the deadline is squeezing us here.

unvote, vote Dagger. CP's case was only so-so convincing, but I have yet to hear a remotely convincing case for arimnaes as scum. The only point against him I can see is that he called for loran to be vigged and only a bit later said we needed to get a claim first, but considering how strongly I supported loran getting vigged anyway, I don't think it amounts to much.

Ok, my first instinct here is to both defend arimnaes and point out that his PBPA of loran was valid. I would do both of these things, and if called upon will do so, but WoD has presented me with a much easier option. Seriously man. What the heck.

    What the heck.

    Quote from Ged »
Several people seem to have expressed this opinion. For the sake of getting a move on it, I won't stop you.

That's a bit of a turnabout. Your instinct tells you to defend arimnaes and his PBPA. But… you're not going to. Seems like you want to commit yourself to an opinion while staying out of the fray. I also don't like the vote on WoD.

    Also, my current opinions:
Cubus - Leave the man alone.
    Arimnaes - Town.
Cyan - I thought he was town, then I thought he was scum for a while, but having read a few other games of his now, I guess he plays like an opinionated blowhard as both town and scum. Unfortunately, the opinions he's been advancing haven't been especially well-founded.
WoD - Rather poorly-spoken, but I'm leaning town slightly. Judging from Court Mafia, he seems to have a hard time articulating his opinions without fumbling them and looking scummy.
Ged - Scum. In looking for a game with him as scum to compare it to, I happened upon Star Trek Mafia. And his play style seems exactly the same - staying in the background, seconding others' opinions, etc.

And I'm disappointed to see loran still alive.

This Cubus wagon stinks to high hell.
    Quote from Cyan »
You misled the town into thinking you were dead AND used that as an *excuse* to lurk until the Mod forced you into posting.
Xyre said from the very beginning that he was going to be enforcing the rate of posting. Cubus could not possibly have hoped to actually make the town think he was dead for any extended period of time.

Which means that the case against Cubus actually boils down to this: he lurked for all of two days.

The fact that people just keep repeating these reasons, and more and more people keep piling on with them, makes me all the more sure that this wagon is bollocks.

    Quote from bertrand »
I'm not sure that alone warrants a lynch. Sure, lurking is bad for the town. But he may have some sort of reason to want to do that, whether he can talk about it or not.

Who knows in a game like this...
unvote, vote bertrand. Get off the fence, please. You've been there all day.

FWIW, I would like to see loran dead. I also think it's important to test Hyram, so I think we should vig him.

@Squiggler. I just found out that you were Jathan/UnvoteVotePod. Good to know.
    Nope.
    Quote from loran16 »
And no my reasons were logical. A real town player would never purposefully lurk, and cubus is an active poster here.
    1. He had a valid reason to lurk for a few days at the start, namely, to see what the reaction would be to him being "dead."
    2. The other reason you gave was that he must be undead, and therefore scum. Which is utter bollocks.

Also, I note that you didn't rebut the fact that your reasons for voting Cubus were lame.

@Squiggler-Ummm no. I have reason to believe Cyan, its cuz he's playing in a certain way that reminds me of another game in which he was town (Verona mafia). I love you make me out to be scummy for supporting Cyan, when you do yourself in your own post.
That's a pretty dumb reason. You think he's town because of metagame reasons stemming from a completely different game type? What about his actions is this game?

I don't know where you get the notion that I support Cyan, considering my position (leave Xyre alone) is basically the opposite of Cyan's (kill Xyre.) Sounds like you're either not reading carefully enough or you're just making stuff up.

I think we should just ignore Xyre for now. Let's see what his alleged ability turns up.

unvote vote loran16, for the terrible voting rationale on Cubus. I also think that Cyan is town being stupid, and that loran is trying to score some free points by taking the oh so controversial position of supporting him.
