So I won a pptq with the best deck in the format and I figured I would post my list. It's very close to shok's with a couple of main deck differences and a big sideboard change. Here is the list and then some card choice explanations:
So notable changes in the main, from shok's last 5-0, is relic over ee. This was because at the time graveyard/tarmo decks were more common and it's probably correct to switch them with the rise of burn again. Also I play supreme will which has been very excellent and is great in the early and late game. The main deck has a couple of flex slots but I think ballista + trinket mage package is too good if you want to be winning right now.
For the board its very meta dependent. I prefer tormod's crpyt over surgical because vs the graveyard decks its fetchable by trinket mage or tolaria on t3 and can be looped by ruins. I play trinisphere, a card a I dont see anyone playing, because it is game over against death shadow and storm and mostly game over against burn. Aetherize is for merfolk, its a good answer to the deck's worst matchup. Going forward I will be looking into moving the ee to the main, adding in river of tears to support this, and in the side adding a second crypt or something else. I relic is good if you want maindeck interaction but out of the board crpyt is better because of the looping and faster tutoring.
I will be playing this deck at the rptq in november and hopefully it can take me to a pro tour. Any input would be nice if you have it.
Do you mind to tell us about the matches you faced?
All splashes are viable (except for ub that hasnt been tested)
But would mono blue be better?
I played against the deck at FNM last night. It was awesome. It was a white splash.
I play Uw and the white splash is here only for the sideboard options like Leyline, Path, Stony Silence and Supreme Verdict.
I think it's more solid but i guess it depends on your local meta
Thassa Does NOT set up mastery. In order to set it up a card needs the ability to put it on top of the deck. Thassa digs for value. If you Scry bottom and then miracle its luck not setups..
There are people here that run the deck for a Long time, years. Thassa is not present in these people 75. Ask yourself why
In two years i never had the necessity to make a creature unblockable nor i needed extra Scry instead of raw draw power because engine is fine the way it is

If you scry 1 and it's not temporal you can put the card on the bottom (if u dont need it) and your chance to draw a temporal increases
With his cost reduction and ability to loot when you counter a spell it is worth considering to cut remands and a gigadrowse in favor of negate/manaleak/disallow
I cant win vs titanshift..they are always faster :/ especially vs temur i have hard times..
