What do you guys think of this trade? I really need help :s
Pile A (mine):
1x Snapcaster Mage
1x Restoration Angel (promo or non promo, I get to choose)
+ 5.30$
I was at 8 life, and my opponent had a Purphoros, God of the Forge out with enough creatures (Dragonmaster Outcast and Growing Ranks out, plus a bunch of creatures I had just Evacuationed into her hand) to kill me on her next turn. I asked her how many cards were in her library, and she was at 35. I had 10 tapped lands out.
At the beginning of my turn, I untapped and milled 10 off of my Mesmeric Orb. I then double Temple Belled (one was a Sculpting Steel) which put her to 33 cards. I drew into a Glimpse the Unthinkable, which I cast on her (23). I followed that up with a Psychic Spiral for 12, putting her to 11 cards left, with 11 tapped lands on her side (which would mill her with the Orb).
I then ended my turn, she milled the last 11 cards of her library from the Orb, and then I used my remaining three lands to activate Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, forcing her to draw one and lose.
Probably the most intense last turn of a game I have ever played in EDH.
What would people think of 8 NM Full-Art MPR Lightning Bolts for $20/each? I see a popular card-store buy-listing for $25 but I haven't seen stock consistent enough to give me an idea on if I can get a better return for it.
I feel like this is a snap buy. I don't see them ever dropping any lower, and with the amount of play they see, they've nowhere to go but up.
This is a snap trade for B. Bob is up by like $30.
... This isn't even close.

We draw 10 cards for our initial hand, then choose three to shuffle back. And then we mulligan normally after that.
Drawing 10 usually makes it so everyone can get at least a few lands. It's worked for us so far.
A is ridiculously ahead in the first one. Disrupting Shoal alone is work 4 Meddling Mages. Unless we're talking about foils of some kind?
The second one I definitely go with B. Standard mythic for useful Modern foil = a snap decision.
So A then B for me.
Pile B by a VERY large margin.
B is ahead in value, and cash is king. I take B here.
Pile B is ahead here by about $8. So I take B.
And am currently building:
My:
Misty Rainforest (52)
2x Remand (28 for both)
= $80
His:
$40
10 Zen Lands (@ .60 each = 6)
60 Foil Basics (3 old border = 3, 57 @.25 = 14.25, Total = 17.25)
200 Assorted foils (18 rares @.25 = 4.5, ~180 C/U @.05 = 9, Total = 13.5)
50 Bulk Rares (@ .125 each = 6.25)
183 tokens (@40/$1 = 4.5ish)
= 87.5
I realize my prices are high and my valuations of his stuff are low, but bulking takes a significant amount of time and it's gotta be worth it.
Nonetheless, thoughts?
I don't Jace is getting any cheaper than this, and it would only talk a small change to shoot it up over $100 again.
I'd buy all-day long at 80. I'd probably lean toward the original over the FTV, but both are worth it at that price.
