You're wrong on both account: Momir Vig triggers when you CAST the creature spell, long before it ETB.
So,
1. Momir's trigger resolves first, then creature's ETB.
2. Both triggers trigger simultaneously (on casting), so you choose the order.
Now, to actually answer your question...
No, the God won't get the counter, as is specified in the very Rulings of Bramblewood Paragon itself. hem, hem. 'For example, say you control Conspiracy, and the chosen creature type is Warrior. If you put a creature onto the battlefield that isn't normally a Warrior, it won't get a counter from Bramblewood Paragon.'
As for why, the culprit is rule 614.12: 614.12. Some replacement effects modify how a permanent enters the battlefield. (See rules 614.1c–d.) Such effects may come from the permanent itself if they affect only that permanent (as opposed to a general subset of permanents that includes it). They may also come from other sources. To determine which replacement effects apply and how they apply, check the characteristics of the permanent as it would exist on the battlefield, taking into account replacement effects that have already modified how it enters the battlefield (see rule 616.1), continuous effects generated by the resolution of spells or abilities that changed the permanent’s characteristics on the stack (see rule 400.7a), and continuous effects from the permanent’s own static abilities, but ignoring continuous effects from any other source that would affect it.
Let's not forget that both Wild Ricochet and Dual Casting will create new copies of Sphinx's Revelation. All in all, there will be 3 Sphinx's Revelation on the stack: two of those will give life and cards to the red player.
Allow me to respectfully propose an improvement for this specific forum.
Traffic has augmented sharply in the Magic Rulings Forum. Perhaps it's time it got split into sub-forums: Rules Questions, Policy Questions & Rules Discussion, for example.
Although many players must be interested by all three of those subjects, I'm convinced it's not the case for everyone. Far from it, I'd guess.
Sub-forums would allow people to focus on their specific areas of interest and, more importantly, avoid those threads pertaining to subjects they don't care about.
Perhaps this is not the right forum for my question. Please forgive.
Traffic has augmented in this Forum. Perhaps it it time to split it in two sub-forums: one for ruleplay questions (pertaining to the Comprehensive Rulebook, and rulings) and one for organized play (pertaining to tournaments rules, penalties and scoring). Some of you might be unaware that some of us have no interest whatsoever in organized play; all we care about is to play the game with friends. I cannot be alone in this!
Where can I post this suggestion, so that Website Management hears it?
And is there a way for other posters, whom feel like me, to, shall we say, 'encourage' Management to split the forum?
...because of this rule: 706.2. When copying an object, the copy acquires the copiable values of the original object [and] choices made when casting or activating it (...). Other effects (...) are not copied.
The 'can't be countered' effect grant by Boseiju is not among the list of things that get copied.
Kalastria Healer. It depends on when he destroyed it, but it sounds like he is correct. The healers ability does not trigger when you cast the Ally, it triggers when it enters the battlefield. If he destroyed the healer with the other creature on the stack, you would not get a trigger.
That would be true, if opponent destroyed Healer. But opponent destroyed Drana, not Healer.
Yes, to both questions. Miracle triggers as you draw and reveal the card, and then waits on the Stack, allowing you to respond.
Those responses will resolve before Miracle trigger; then you may cast the Miracle card.
Hands Of Binding
When it is attached to a creature can it tap a creature which is already tapped to make the target creature tapped opponent's next untap step?
Yes.
btw, Hands does not get 'attached' to a creature; the correct word is 'encoded'.
It makes a huge difference: attached cards are in the Battlefield zone, while encoded cards are in the Exile zone.
Let's not forget Sudden Spoiling targets the player, and only the player, and affects allcreatures that player controls at the time Sudden Spoiling resolves.
So,
1. Momir's trigger resolves first, then creature's ETB.
2. Both triggers trigger simultaneously (on casting), so you choose the order.

What say you?

Then you & opponent draw 5 cards each.
Then you may draw 5 more cards (or less, if you wish).

Kalastria Healer
Drana, Liberator of Malakir
Your friend is wrong: Healer's drain will trigger and resolve... for the simple reason that it Drana did enter the field, even if it died soon after.
'You may reveal this card from your hand as you draw it if it’s the first card you’ve drawn this turn.'
Its linked triggered ability is:
'When you reveal this card this way, you may cast it by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost.'
Those responses will resolve before Miracle trigger; then you may cast the Miracle card.
