Teferi gets stopped by 601.2e, because the spell no longer has Flash when 601.2e checks for legality.
Karador is not concerned by 601.2e because it allows the player to cast a card and doesn't care about the spell it becomes when 601.2e checks it.
Correct?
EDIT (Jan. 23, 2020): See comment 11.

BTW, my comment on Brownscale was wrong: Dredge works if the card is in the grave.
May I ask what purpose was intended with Path to Exile?

The stack is actually much simpler than most beginners may believe (probably because they haven't been taught skillfully). May I kindly suggest you take some time to check up rule 405?

Things that make a creature sick:
-entering the battlefield**
-changing controller
Things that heal a creature from sickness:
-the start of its controller's turn
-having Haste
**do note that 'entering the battlefield' is NOT the same thing as 'turning into a creature after having been on the battlefield for eons'.
For example, a Stirring Wildwood which you have controlled since, say, the previous turn, that turns into a creature is not sick... since you have controlled it since the beginning of your turn (even if it was something else than a creature at that time).

1) Board swipe resolves: artifacts are put in the grave.
2) Trawler triggers.
3) You pick trawler's abilities targets: anything which is NOW in the grave is fair play.

To sacrifice an object (creature or other) in response to it being (very soon to be) killed is allowed only because such sacrifice is a cost required by some activated ability. It is something one chooses to do. Aggressive Mining for example: you may sacrifice a land which is about to be destroyed.
Booby Trap's sacrifice comes from a triggered ability: there is no choice on your part; it is something you are ordered to do, something you cannot choose to do (nor not to do) on your own.
This difference is what changes the timing, and this change in timing is what allows your opponent time to intervene. Check up rules 602 and 603 for more details:
