Quote from headminerve »Thank you Wizards. It was about time you print a constructed playable equipment ! When was the last one ? Runechanter's Pike in Standard ?
Quote from MoonliteKnight »From what it looks like, it's just Wizards doing their own repacks of bulk they had laying around taking up space.

Ultimate Guard BouldersThese were actually really nice, especially when paired with the Arkhive. However, they did not fit decks that were double sleeved with Dragon Shields. They fit double sleeved decks with Ultra Pro and might with the Katanas (I have not tried that yet). So, if you use Dragon Shields, this are likely not going to work
Ultimate Guard SidewinderThis is really tight when using anything other than Dragon Shields and would not fit with Dragon Shields. They look nice and are durable, but are a little small overall.
Ultimate Guard Twin Flip 'N TrayThis holds two decks and, again, can't fit decks with Dragon Shields. At least, it can't fit them in the little "trays" the box comes with. What I did was actually remove the trays and just put my decks directly into the slot on either side and they fit great. I then put my commander on top so it offered a sort of display for each commander. But, it could sometimes be a pain to get all the cards out since you need to tip the box over to sort of "dump" them out. Not a bad solution over and they were, again, fairly durable, but not the best option.
Quote from WizardMN »Out of curiosity, were they the newer Dragon Shield Mattes? I wonder if something changed in production at some point to make them slightly thicker or if the ones that aren't Mattes are different. The entire reason I moved away from Boulders and the Flip N Tray was due to my decks no longer fitting. Or, maybe just the one card being put on the side was enough (I never tried it).
Quote from Randuir »Quote from Decadent_Creed »I like these lands. It seems like they should be in pretty much every EDH deck that shares the color.
Maybe not in 4-5 colour manabases as those are often light on basics (and their bonus isn't good enough IMHO to be worth coming into play tapped), but I'd definitely run these in all mono, two and three color decks if they aren't too expensive.

Quote from NerdSoda »I'm interested in trying this deck for Arena, but I'm curious: What are the 2x Vindicate's in the side supposed to be?
Quote from NerdSoda »Played with Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa in the deck this weekend and it did so much work in tandem with Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor. I kept giving my opponent's tokens that they need to hit each other with, and since the tokens can't block, they would go basically unimpeded. Then they finally decided that Varchild had to go, I got all the tokens, GSZ'd for Sidar, and was able to swing with the tokens with impunity.
Quote from SonofaBith75 »Recommend Cosmotronic Wave to help ensure your creatures get that first hit in.
Quote from NerdSoda »Hatebears are a fun way to build the deck, but it lacks some reach; I had trouble closing out games. Skyline Despot seems like a perfect one to include.
Quote from NerdSoda »Always remember the read Master Warcraft very carefully; it doesn't do quite what you think it does.
Quote from NerdSoda »I'd love to take a look at it.
