Elixir of Immortality has already been errata'd and the new text for the card is in the rules page. Suffice to say, anything with a "shuffle" clause will be reworded to "exile" in the future in some way.
Actually it wasn't at the time i posted, but it is good to know it has been updated. Yay for chang!
I also had another question, which is escaping me right now... Oh well i am sure i will think of it
Oh yes! It involved the change to elixir. The exiling face down should be a cost to prevent activation, bounce shenanigans.
1 question and 1 clarification:
How do land control cards, such as annex interact with the land limit? Do these lands count? Also are we limited to having six lands in play or can we play a 7th and sacrifice another land. What about the interaction with bounce lands? Okay so thats like 3 questions.
My clarification is that i assume ALL cards with "shuffle graveyard into library" have an Exile clause on them? Ie elixir of immortality. Maybe just make this a blanket cause so we dont have to errata all cards that come out

Hey guys. I want to let you know that i am here. But on my phone. Unfortunately i have been working the past 2 days and havent had much time to read. I will try to get a read done when i get home. Sorry for the delay.
While I would like to tep up and take a WPL position, it just wouldn't be possible right now, I don't have time every day to devote to these forums. Perhaps if thing change later.
702.25b If a permanent phases out, its status changes to "phased out." Except for rules and effects that specifically mention phased-out permanents, a phased-out permanent is treated as though it does not exist. It can't affect or be affected by anything else in the game.
Even though this loss of control isn't an effect, it still is governed by a rule (specifically 800.4a), and it doesn't specifically mention phased-out permanents. And since phased-out permanents aren't mentioned in this rule pertaining to the expiration of control effects, I don't understand how the rule can apply to an object that, for its own purposes, doesn't exist.
800.4a When a player leaves the game, all objects (see rule 109) owned by that player leave the game and any effects which give that player control of any objects or players end. Then, if that player controlled any objects on the stack not represented by cards, those objects cease to exist. Then, if there are any objects still controlled by that player, those objects are exiled. This is not a state-based action. It happens as soon as the player leaves the game. If the player who left the game had priority at the time he or she left, priority passes to the next player in turn order who's still in the game.
702.5b means that the phased out permanent is still governed by the rules, as well as any effect that specifcally mention phased-out permanents. it does not mean that the rules have to sepcifcally mention phased-out permanents.
Alright, well here i my bid last case.
Don't lynch me tonight? why? well there are 2 scenarios here.
scenario 1: I'm town. I use my ability at night, confirming that I have it. Now what the scum can do about it is either RB, redirect, or NK me, any of these 3 seem fine by me. If we have a volunteer for the RB,it would create WiFoM for the scum, ebcause that could be there NK target, but then that could also be the doctor target. or it could be someone else. if we don't have a volunteer, that's fine too
Scenario B: I'm scum. I use my ability tonight, confirming I have the ability. But what this also means is that the scum will have one less ability to use at night. If I don't use the ability, you lynch me tomorrow. If I do, you can still lynch me tomorrow but atleast this way you know that my ability is used.
So if you don't lynch me, it creates an upside for town either way.
Or you could lynch me today, but if that is your agreement, I say make hawk claim before twilight. This would pevent any accidental day ending earlier than he can claim.
That is all I have.
Other than the reason I hate D1: it's pure conjecture, trying to catch someone in their mistakes, which usually turns into everyone rabbling up about something, someone defending themselves, and then no one caring for any explenation whatsoever. the firt bus usually fails, and the second one, regardless of who it is usually sticks. And with 0 information. That is why I hate D1.
Though, this D1 ha actually been the longest one I've gone before starting to hate it. So, in a wierd way thanks.
scummy "first" post brah

EBWOP: largely unimportant now, but it' not a flip. the converation of NLP was already there, I wanted to create conversation that didn't involve NLP.
