I really love that the new Teysa doubles up death triggers and gives tokens vigilance and life link, only problem is I don't know if I'm capitalizing on it enough. I wanted to go with a token stratagy blended with an aristocrats strategy but I feel like mixing the two doesn't work very well even though thats what it looks like Teysa Karlov is wanting to do. Anyway I think I have built a pretty nice little deck here, though the mana base is probably off...might need to swap some swamps out for some plains...

Sorry it took so long to update, been pretty bussy lately, but I finally got the changes made and moved the old deck list into a spoiler.
I like Vannifar's ability except that its at sorcery speed which makes it not as good...
I think Tooth and nail and prime speaker are really good additions though. I'm also looking at adding layline of anticipation, quick silver amulet, and vedalken orry to give me more options to flash in creatures.

I had no idea taht wilderness reclamation and overbeing of myth were things and I love them both. I would run overbeing of myth just for the additional card draw to be honest though, plus being a 5 drop means if Rashmi is out I can hit several good 4 drop or lower cards.
I completely forcot about reclaim and I didn't even know noxious revival existed. Thank you both for the info. I think I'm wanting to take her in a more creature/stompy direction though. I really like the idea of just dropping a huge threat on to the board out of nowhere on my opponent's turns. so I'll be updating the deck soon to include noxious revival and reclaim and removing frozen aether and probably kozelik the great distortion since I can see him being somewhat difficult to cast from my hand without a way to produce two colorless mana. I'll also be taking out the drake and deadeye capsize combo (never really cared for it anyway and for somereason I could never pull it off but other people in my playgroup are able to quite often. I should probably add a krosen grip in as well and maybe a burgoning?
I also want to mention that this deck isn't going to be used super competitively or in tournaments, its just for fun to play around with my friends and other casual players.
So I love what Rashmi Eternites Crafter does, but I'm really not sure how to build a deck for her. She is what I (and I assume many others) would consider a flexible simic commander as she can go in a varity of directions. This deck isn't designed to be super competitive (I would say its probably about a 6 or 7 on the power scale) so I'm really looking for thoughts and opinions on how to make it better.

I would love to have both Bloom Tender and Noble Hierarch in here but they are way outside of my budget at the moment. Those are both future upgrades for when my budget isn't quite so limited. I try not to spend more than $30 on a card (sword of feast and famin not being more than a few dollars over that won't hurt the budget too much).
I did update the deck to include rewind, cyclonic rift, dissapate, and void shatter though.
I have wanted to build a voltron style commander deck for a while now and Rafiq seems to be one of the best options out there with most of the cards either fitting nicely into my budget, with a few exceptions, or that are already in my position. Seeing as how I have a few holes to fill in (at least temporarily on the equipment side of things) I will be using a combination of Equipment and Aura spells. I've never built a voltron deck before, but I know the basic premise of how it is supposed to work but I would really like some advice and constructive critisism about this build as I will be building it somewhat slowly, spending only about $30 each month until it is done, so there is plenty of time for critiquing the deck.
So I decided to build a Meren deck because I love green in MTG, but I didn't want to do the traditional Green Stompy deck and while I plan on making a much more aggrissive Green/Blue deck with Rashmi Eternities crafter at the helm that will have to wait because I forsee that one being upwards of $500 to build...Anyway the way this deck is supposed to function is to explode early on with mana ramp (its green duh) and get Meren out by turn 3 or 4 with creatures that either sacrifice themselves (such as sakura tribe elder) or cards that function as sac outlets (such as Viscera Seer0 as to start building my experience counters and accrue as much value as possible. Once the mid-game begins the strategy is to start drawing/tutoring and basically set up as many many ways to drain the enemy of life and keep their field clear of creatures through cards like Dictate of Erobos, Grave Pact, and Shouldred while at the same time keeping my field up with a few attacking threats (such as Grave Titan) and as much sac fodder as possible in order to quickly push things into the late game with cards like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat draining the life out of my enemies as quickly as possible to finish up the game. The deck focuses heavely on ETB triggers and Sacrifice mechanics to capitolize on Meren's abilities and it is highly unlikely that I will be finishing the game out by attacking enemies, though the option is there more or less should the oportunity present its self.
I should also note that I have this deck listed under Casual because I only play casually and I don't see this deck winning on turn 4 or 5 like most competitive EDH decks, I would probably list this decks "power level" on a scale of 1-10 as being between a 7 and an 8.
I'm also well aware that leyline of the void completely shuts this deck down until it is removed and even then it severly cripples the deck unless it is removed quickly and early, as well as how crippling cards such as bojuka bog, tormod's crypt, ground seal, etc...are to this deck, but since bojuka bog is the most common of these and not a card I see a lot of play with at my locals or play group I'm not particularly worried about them.
As a final cavat I would like to note that anything in the sideboard section are cards that I considered adding into the main deck or had originally put in the main deck but then later removed, but are still under consideration (before I order the cards I need to fully build the deck) to be added to the deck should suffecient reason be given along with what they would replace. Keep in mind that if you want to suggest cards that's perfectly fine and I would love the input and constructive critisism, however I refuse to spend more than $30 on a single card at the moment with a few exceptions and any cards listed that exceed that amount I am already in possession of in most cases (such as doubling season) so please don't suggest adding demonic tutor and vampiric tutor. I'm well aware of how insainly good those cards are, but at the same time they are very much outside my price range at the moment. Typically my limit is $20-$25 on a single card with few exceptions, but this deck is an exception to that rule anyway. I'm also aware that this is probably the most un-original build for a Meren deck, but bear with me, I don't often use this play style and for somereason I'm drawn towards very grindy decks...probably because aggro decks always get shut down so quickly when I play them and then I feel bad for the rest of the game if I can't even kill one person x3
Grand Abolisher would be an excelent addition to your deck as well. cost is white/white for a 2/2 creature that prevents your opponents from playing spells and abilities during your turn. This would let you execute your stratagies without worry about an opponent trying to counter them since the only thing they are allowed to do is block your attacks with their own creatures and they can't even do that if you have archatype of immagination out unless they have reach so, yeah a really good card to have.
So I'm not really a blue player, but I just couldn't pass up the new bant commander 2018 deck and as such I want to build a deck around Estrid the Masked mostly because I think she is kind of an under the raidar commander even though she is a plains walker and not a creature because she initially dosen't do anything threatening other than what green does best and that's ramp, but beyond that doesn't pose an immidiate threat to any other players. This I think makes her less of a lightning rod than say Tuvasa the Sunlit who nets you almost immidiate card advantage and can get gigantic in the mid-late game.
My main problem is I don't have an immidiately obvious win condition and the deck just kind of durdles until I'm able to kill someone, its pretty good at slowing the game down and such, but has a hard time killing people off. The current deck list is made with cards I currently own, I do have a few ordered that will be replacing a few cards, though I'm not sure what will replace what so suggestions on that would be helpful. cards on order are cyclonic rift, starfield of nyx (I'm not going to use opalessence), shock lands for green/blue green/white and white/blue, maze of ith, high market, aura thief, magus of the candelarba, burgeoning, and privledged position. I did not include argothian enchantress because she is around $20 and while she fits in the deck and is the cheapest casting cost I just didn't see the need to include her when I have a cheeper substitute in verdurian enchantress.

The only reason I run high market is because its an easy sac outlet for Aura Thief. The main win condition is to have sterling grove and privlidged postion (or estrid's invocation out copying one of them) and enchanted evening and then play aura theif with high market out, then sac the thief and steall everyone's stuff (preferably at the end of the person's turn right before mine) and then play starfield of nyx after taping out all the lands for mana and just alpha strike everyone.
there are other ways to win like infinite tokens and mana with stasis etc...but this is a bit more difficult to pull off depending on the table and can be done without stasis, but lets face it you create an army of rodents and someone is going to get rid of them before you can attack...unless they don't have any open mana.
so thoughts, suggestions, constructive critisism anyone?
(please note that I can not justify spending $100 on a single card like replinish so please do not suggest extremely over priced cards ($25+) as I balk at even purchasing a card that is more than $10-$15 but have made an exception for this deck as is evident by the shock lands and enchanted evening. This is a rare case and not something that I do very often and I did not get those cards in pristine condition so they were a bit cheaper than normal (enchanted evening was around $26, still more than I wanted to spend and it about killed me to do it).
As good as Anointed Procession is I feel that dropping it turn 4 or later just isn't worth it since you would run maybe 2 at most as deck space is pretty tight as is and isn't really necessary since this deck can produce tokens like crazy anyway. I mean its a really nice tech card, espeically if you can manage to splash the white in, but Shalai would be a better tech in my opinion, sure she costs more, but she also does a lot more.
has anyone tried this deck out against the new blue/white historic deck that's been going around (at least a few people consider it to be one of, if not the top deck, in the tier)?
It's quite possible, the trouble is getting the mana base right and the fact that your going to want to see blooming marsh no later than turn 3 and woodland cemetery around turn 2. It also opens you up to being able to play some other useful removal spells. Main problem is seeing the chapel too soon, but if you're only running one or two copies of it this shouldn't be a problem
It does have some good interactions but I think it's too slow. And yeah I should have more migrations mained and I think I'll swap them in for duress which will be moved to the side board.

I should also note that I have this deck listed under Casual because I only play casually and I don't see this deck winning on turn 4 or 5 like most competitive EDH decks, I would probably list this decks "power level" on a scale of 1-10 as being between a 7 and an 8.
I'm also well aware that leyline of the void completely shuts this deck down until it is removed and even then it severly cripples the deck unless it is removed quickly and early, as well as how crippling cards such as bojuka bog, tormod's crypt, ground seal, etc...are to this deck, but since bojuka bog is the most common of these and not a card I see a lot of play with at my locals or play group I'm not particularly worried about them.
As a final cavat I would like to note that anything in the sideboard section are cards that I considered adding into the main deck or had originally put in the main deck but then later removed, but are still under consideration (before I order the cards I need to fully build the deck) to be added to the deck should suffecient reason be given along with what they would replace. Keep in mind that if you want to suggest cards that's perfectly fine and I would love the input and constructive critisism, however I refuse to spend more than $30 on a single card at the moment with a few exceptions and any cards listed that exceed that amount I am already in possession of in most cases (such as doubling season) so please don't suggest adding demonic tutor and vampiric tutor. I'm well aware of how insainly good those cards are, but at the same time they are very much outside my price range at the moment. Typically my limit is $20-$25 on a single card with few exceptions, but this deck is an exception to that rule anyway. I'm also aware that this is probably the most un-original build for a Meren deck, but bear with me, I don't often use this play style and for somereason I'm drawn towards very grindy decks...probably because aggro decks always get shut down so quickly when I play them and then I feel bad for the rest of the game if I can't even kill one person x3

My main problem is I don't have an immidiately obvious win condition and the deck just kind of durdles until I'm able to kill someone, its pretty good at slowing the game down and such, but has a hard time killing people off. The current deck list is made with cards I currently own, I do have a few ordered that will be replacing a few cards, though I'm not sure what will replace what so suggestions on that would be helpful. cards on order are cyclonic rift, starfield of nyx (I'm not going to use opalessence), shock lands for green/blue green/white and white/blue, maze of ith, high market, aura thief, magus of the candelarba, burgeoning, and privledged position. I did not include argothian enchantress because she is around $20 and while she fits in the deck and is the cheapest casting cost I just didn't see the need to include her when I have a cheeper substitute in verdurian enchantress.

The only reason I run high market is because its an easy sac outlet for Aura Thief. The main win condition is to have sterling grove and privlidged postion (or estrid's invocation out copying one of them) and enchanted evening and then play aura theif with high market out, then sac the thief and steall everyone's stuff (preferably at the end of the person's turn right before mine) and then play starfield of nyx after taping out all the lands for mana and just alpha strike everyone.
there are other ways to win like infinite tokens and mana with stasis etc...but this is a bit more difficult to pull off depending on the table and can be done without stasis, but lets face it you create an army of rodents and someone is going to get rid of them before you can attack...unless they don't have any open mana.
so thoughts, suggestions, constructive critisism anyone?
(please note that I can not justify spending $100 on a single card like replinish so please do not suggest extremely over priced cards ($25+) as I balk at even purchasing a card that is more than $10-$15 but have made an exception for this deck as is evident by the shock lands and enchanted evening. This is a rare case and not something that I do very often and I did not get those cards in pristine condition so they were a bit cheaper than normal (enchanted evening was around $26, still more than I wanted to spend and it about killed me to do it).
