I vote that they do something insane and give us a multiplayer version of these duel decks, with 4 decks. Elspeth V Ashiok V Xenagos V Kiora That way we cover all of the colors
I know that wont actually happen but realistically I believe the below provides additional likelyhoods of duel potentials:
Good (arguable lawful, but I dont think anyone overthrowing a pantheon of gods is lawful in alignment):
Elspeth
Ajani
Chaotic (evil or neutral idk?)
Ashiok
Neutral (? I feel like her story was just about being infringed upon so idk. Could also be evidential that there is more to flesh out here, meaning she would be a good focus for a duel deck)
Kiora
Nope. Look again. They look nothing alike. Elspeth's mask doesn't have eyes, just the two vertically-aligned gem hole thingies from her sword hilt. Now, this isn't to say there isn't potential for a Champion's Helm reprint at some point tied to the story, but technically Elspeth's/the Returned's headgear are masks, not helms. So the flavor is kinda 50-50.
Sorry. That's what I meant. Big flavour reprint material right there. I'm expecting it if we ever return to Theros.
I'm sure we could get some sort of champions helm that can equip to Pws or something.
Imagining this:
Helm of the Returned Champion 3
Enchantment Artifact - Equipment
Equip 2
This card may be equipped to a Planeswalker or Creature
Equipped creature gains Hexproof +2/+2 and Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep if ~ is attached to planeswalker add 1 loyalty counter
Equipped Planeswalker gains Hexproof, and whenever a creature attacks the equipped PW it gets -1/-0 until end of turn.
Black adding in lotleth troll as a resilient beater, font of return, and pharika's mender as a late game inevitability engine? lol off to deck building for myself now... sorry...
On topic... thoughts on mana bloom + eidolon/anything / constellation?
I would say that maximizing the maggot utility is good, but you also are tryig to chip away by having guardian triggers. So I would just keep 4x guardian and 3x maggot, or maybe up to 4x maggot, and see if dropping the ram for an enchantment that does damage could be a good choice? Another option is always gift of orzhova, as it can play both of those roles for you. Turning a creature into lifegain, and increasing damage output by being an enchantment and adding flying and +1+1.
Blind obedience is better than sphere of safety for you, as it will give you much more life in the long run.
Master of the feast may prove to be a good card, but as of right now I wouldnt start considering him, especially for this deck.
May also want to look into some Blood Baron of Vizkopa. Its good in the maindeck, and we have no way to beat it in a W/B mirror, but it keeps opposing ones in check.
so you want haste and trample? How about R/G ramp with xenagos and nylea?
Alsowhip of erebos in the jund deck because you can find it with salvage, it allows you to stall, and 10/10 with lifelink from the graveyard is useful as well.
As much as i love hypersonic, you are essentially running him over stormbreath, just so that you can play 6 cards during your opponents turn... dreadbore instant speed is good, rakdos return is not though. I would cut it, especially since stormbreath has relevant protection, and contributes 1 more to devotion for mogis.
You debate a lot of cards and say you wouldnt want them in your main 60... but then you dont have a sideboard. Start analyzing if some of those cards would be good in different matchups and stuff, and then slot them in. Like Lifebane Zombie, hes a solid 3 of in the sideboard for problematic decks/cards. Try out lazav when you face a removal heavy deck. Also why no anger of the gods? Your deck is very weak to aggro game 1. I understand that the whip helps, but youre rarely ever going to gain much from whip without creatures (master with whip is cool, but you dont gain life, and you dont gain life from mogis unless its in creature mode)
This is likely based on confusion that damage gives -1/-1 counters, based on the representation in DoTP. Damage does not have any reduction in power or toughness to the creature (except infect and wither)
I don't believe thats the case. It functions very well with Temur ascendancy. Its also disgustingly powerful with wraths as previously mentioned.

Also quicken seems wasteful with only 4 sorceries in the 75.

Gnarled scarhide could become a good addition to the deck with it being a 1 drop, also hopeful eidolon.
I am going to play and test around with the deck you have, but taking out Doomwake Giant for Archangel of Thune.

But elite arcanist+triton tactics+zhur-taa druid works.
