    Jailkeeper: Neat.

    Caltrop Summoner: It seems weird to me to summon caltrops. No other qualms.

    Timekeeper: All right.

    Mine Planter: Redonkulous. Play Mine Layer, then play Stone Rain. Land hits the bin, you sacrifice a land. Lather, rinse, respeat, dead board.

    Strengthsower: Couldn't you just 'Distribute three +1/+1 counters among up to three target creatures'?

    Glissa: I like the idea of a 0-loyalty ability. Cool.

    The Spark: Besides it being an artifact sorcery, I love it.

    Bucket of Needles:
    Whenever a creature attacks you, Bucket of Needles deals one damage to it.
    At end of turn, sacrifice Bucket of Needles if any creature that attacked you this turn was destroyed.

    Peacebomb: Very cool.

    Terramorph: I have no idea how busted, if at all, that is. Certainly hoses monocolor.

    I think Tragic Minstrel is the most interesting, though it's overpowered. I couldn't see it costing less than 4 in white (taxing to death), so it should at least be 4 mana, blue intensive.

    Whenever Jaws Sengir deals combat damage to a creature, if that damage was lethal, put a +1/+1 counter on Jaws Sengir. Otherwise, gain control of that creature. It's now a vampire.

    I wasn't sure if you have Auras enchanting different things at the same time. But a look at my good friends 212.4 and 502.45 told me otherwise. Which is awesome, because that opens a ton of design space. I'd tap (into) that.

    Turnoc Seed: I likey, it's nice and simple.

    Mahren's World: Eh. Giving your opponent a dude is unappealing, especially considering you can't kill it without losing your dude too.

    Claybrood: AWESOME.

    Perfect World: 20 to the head for 5 is okay, but it doesn't really excite me.

    Harbringer of Wrath: I love it.

    Ghitu Agressor: Okay.

    Auriok Lancer: Okay.

    Web-Bound Arachnid: I like. Simple little idea.

    Taunting Guardsman: This doesn't really feel red to me, and yet I see why it is. Okay card though.

    Dementia Rats: You completely obsoleted Rats of Rath. Oh wait, that's a bad thing?

    Arresting Officer: Good in draft.

    Forge Elder: I'm not sure whether I like it or not.

    Cytoplast Grove: Very nice.

    Of course it's terrible in draft, it's a -7/-7. It's solely Johnny food, which I said right after praising the b0rkendness of it. And yes, Eliminator, I knew the forcemage combo didn't work, but that didn't stop me from posting it anyway.

    Theft: That's pretty harsh, I might be able to see it being upped by 1. Still, it probably isn't problematic.

    Akroma's Temple: Not only does it scream for animation, it's anti-LD. Not half bad either way.

    Blazing Swarm: Eh. Not too exciting, and the antisynergy of tapping creatures to play more saprolings and the wanting to attack with a bunch of saprolings feels wrong.

    Raving Lunacy: Does it really need the manacost? Otherwise it's pretty neat.

    Blindside: Good stuff. I likes.

    Harvest Elemental: A made a card like this once. You'll really want an anti-mana burn clause on there, otherwise you'll be losing a lot of life every turn.

    About...

    Auctioned Minion: BB for a 4/3 Fear is more appealing. However, I don't see how Goblin Game wording would work. What happens when two players bid the same amount? They can't both gain control of it.

    Pentarch Barrier: I think that absorb can work like that. If not, then boo. It costs a lot because in a lot of situations it's better than Story Circle or any CoP, but some testing would need to be done to figure out if the activation cost should be upped.

    Strengthening Spirit: Thanks, I forgot that I ommited Enchant Creature from it. I like the flavor of it; I was inspired by a backwards Elephant Guide. While it isn't the strongest enchant creature ever, there is a reason it gives +2/+2.

    Firaga: Would kicker costs of 1RR balance it out?

    Catalyzing Trigger: Huh, it does trigger a lot more than I had imagined. I just made the card to interact with Storm. Would upping the cost by 1 and losing the cantrip balance it, or does it need more of a restriction?

    Sacrificial Altar: What, like Basal Sliver + Sacrificial Altar + Doubling Season?

    Woah, that was off the top of my head. I'd prefer to keep it an altar, though, because I imagined that instead of sacrificing a creature, you'd sacrifice some random underling or slave. In fact, it's probably more flavorful if it just triggers off of sacrificing creatures. I'll probably change that.

    I'm still open to more suggestions and criticisms!

    Whenever you would sacrifice a permanent, you may instead remove a sacrifice counter from Sacrificial Altar.
    BB: Put a sacrifice counter on Sacrificial Altar.

    While I appreciate the idea, I'm not sure how well Scourge of Paradise really works. When playing spells, you can announce a spell and when you have to pay costs, you can tap your lands for mana-which means that your opponent never gets priority and you can thusly never steal mana. Although I suppose it works okay against Ritual-based decks; then again, I'm not sure how effective stealing a single mana may be.
