congrats on the top8! Can you recommend a abzan mana base if I do not have access to cavern and horizon canopy?
I'm currently thinking of the following:
6x Forest
4x Gilt-Leaf Palace
1x Pendelhaven
4x Wooded Foothills
1x Windswept Heath
1x Temple Garden
1x Overgrown Tomb
I'm considering cutting the overgrown tomb and maybe some fetches for blooming marshes and razorverge thickets as I feel the fetches hurts me more in a lot of games.
Ever thought about drafting? You get to meet the players of the shop and get a chance to talk with them to see how the store is (Like whether Standard or Modern is more popular).
basically a new virgin perfect fit tends to be pretty tight and the opening stick together, to make it easier for entry and more lose, you just have to use another bulk card and ram/insert into the new perfect fit. After that, it should be easier for the next card to go in. This is a must especially for foil cards they get nicked so easily.
I have a question. If someone tries to Block Undergrowth does it automatic loose a counter. Or is it only if the creature is larger or has death touch to do damage ?
example. Your Undergrowth has two counters so 4/4 you swing in. Someone blocks with a 1/1 creature. Theres would die but does Undergrown loose a counter as well?
Yeap, that's why Undergrowth Champion is not as good as it could have been. It just keeps losing counters.
So, for someone like me, who just came back to play Magic after away for 15 years... And I would like to get into Modern, should I start buying playsets of Fetches and other related popular lands now or wait for more news with regards to BFZ?
I have none of those lands, and it seems that it's a necessity to have them to play in Modern. What's the general consensus so far?
If I buy them now, and then BFZ reprints them, how much should I expect the price of the cards to drop?
If I wait and not buy any, and BFZ does not reprint them, how much will they soar up in price by? My worse fear would be that the increase will be so much that it will price me out and other new players to even have a chance to get into modern and play with a chance.

Other interesting findings include: 3 Reality Smasher in SB, while the other deck plays 4 Ezuri, Renegade Leader!

Looking at Chris Lopez's list, he uses a number of fetches to search for Overgrown Tomb and Temple Garden.
