No one has mentioned the ones where they actually show nudity? Wow.

That would be Tranquil Domain. Don't forget the companion Serene Heart.

First instance I saw of it was Lain, which was my gateway drug to anime as a whole. Eventually, I went on to Noir, which is still my favorite anime series of all time. NANA's turning into something really interesting (if you go on from the series to the manga, which is practically word-for-word), and Brother Dear Brother is one of the very few older animes I can stand watching.

When yuri's done well, it can become something spectacular. I haven't seen that in yaoi, but to be fair, I haven't looked that hard. When friends tried introducing me to it, they picked the most angst-filled series they could find.

Seriously. Noir. It and Bebop deserve to be aired on standard American TV. That was actually one thing I was hoping for with the writer's strike... If it had lasted longer, the door would have been open for anime in prime time on the big networks. CW at the very least.... and then we could have people up in arms over animated lesbian kisses.

Why not include the life half of the deck? Daru Spiritualist still has a while left in Extended, thanks to the revised rotation, and it makes you much less vulnerable to extirpate and graveyard hate.

Page four, and no one has mentioned Time?

We're all mortal. In time, every single living being will die. We curse it, we race against it, we hide the scars of our battle with it. As time increases, our resources dwindle. As time progresses, we come across more threats, both external (AIDS) and internal (Genocide). And, eventually, we will not only be dead but utterly, irrevocably forgotten.

or even restricted BY the cost of the spell.

I'd like that, even if it does turn Planar Portal into something like a spellshaper.

Extract might be a good choice, especially if he's a new/returning player who has no idea what decks do - the peek is more valuable than the mill. Plus, it gets rid of darksteel collosus/Gaea's Blessing, in the event that he runs into something like that.

I'd rather have green than blue in that deck. The win-a-clash/draw-a-card enchantment is amazing for it.

The first stop Athanis makes is to find a local, reliable, preferably female mail courier to deliver the two letters he wrote earlier. One goes to his superiors in the Daggerspell Guardians; the other will disappear on one of the routes Athanis insists the courier take.

His second step is the magic item markets. Gazing regretfully at a pair of Gauntlet of Heartfelt Blows, he asks the proprietor about augmenting the crystal currently in his daggers.

It seems like the rules for multiple abilities should apply to amp crystals as well. Athanis seeks to add the lesser electricity assault (+1d6 electric damage, 3,000g) and lesser adamant weaponry (+5 hardness, 1400g) to the least crystal of return (300g)

Athanis mentions to the doorman, in the most pleasant tones he can muster, "You might also mention it involves a dead god we all would rather stay dead, the sage included. We're sorry to inconvenience you or your master, but...well, we seek help or guidance."

One more DSM, of course. I'm about to crash, but I just thought I'd get one more laugh tonight.

(I'm going to pretend you didn't do that Fajen--your bond is gone, remember?)

I assumed the other four were still in working order, and since all the groups wanted him dead... Sorry, and thanks.

    Oh, son of a...

Athanis yells to the sky. "Don't speak! We're under compulsion to attack if we hear you!" As a final safety measure, he attempts to cast his last Great Thunderclap on himself and the group, willing himself to deafness.

Oh, if only I had evasion. Reflex:[dice=1]20+12[/dice]

Athanis decides to put everything he has into ending the ogres. Channeling his energy into his blades, he sets upon the ogre in front of him, his form appearing to blur into two shapes.

Free action: Arcane strike a third-level spell slot; +3 to all attacks with the daggers and +3d4 damage.
    Full-Round Action: Full attack.
Swift Action: Burn all three Belt of Battle charges for another full-round action
    Full-Round Action: Full attack.
If I drop the ogre, five-foot step to attack the next. This will probably invalidate some sneak attack damage (that I'm getting from flanking the ogre).
