Just realized Kuldotha Forgemaster isn't on the list. Being able to tutor and cheat out an Altar or Heartstone is usually worth it. I do run more artifact creatures, I think (including Precursor Golem), but you should be able to get at least one goodie to the board.
Liliana, Heretical Healer also seems like a good call. You will almost always be able to flip her, and then you have both discard and recursion on hand.
This is what I'm leaning towards. I'd be changing out the removal after each game to suit what I'm facing. There are a ton of walkers and Bolases loose in the league, as well as some strong mill decks.
At the end of our store's leagues, there is a final tournament which determines the prizes. Mine is Saturday, and I still have no idea what to run. My pool didn't have much luck in rares, but most of the cards I have in quantity are decent. Hopefully it's enough.
I had been running mono-red, with some nice goblin and dragon synergies. I was thinking of cutting the goblins and going RGw with Palladia. Or should I go WB with that ridiculous removal? Or lean into the Switcheroos? I'm flailing a bit. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Madblind Mountain - With Clone Shell and the hideaway lands, you're probably going to end up with some lands on the bottom of the deck. Stack the creatures at the bottom, and once you've Grenzoed those out, you can activate Madblind to shuffle your deck and not have to waste Grenzo activations burning through the chaff.
Just came across your list. I also run a Grenzo deck, although I use him at 4. One card you should try is Madblind Mountain. It really helps with hideaway type effects - if you whiff, your next four slots aren't wasted anymore. And it has the mountain type, so it's easier to tutor.

An old one that I've been considering for my deck is City of Shadows. Between my tokens and my opponent's wraths, I think this might actually fit.

Nullstone Gargoyle - You can go without casting spells much easier than other players.
Bontu the Glorified - Indestructible sac outlet + scrying
Charmbreaker Devils - Feel less guilty about using a few spells in your deck. Casting Sudden Spoiling or Mana Geyser every turn is fun.
Grim Poppet - can take down multiple problem creatures at once, including Containment Priest and Stuffy Doll.
Hoarding Dragon - Artifact tutor
Hythonia the Cruel - When you need a wrath
Lim-Dûl the Necromancer
Magus of the Coffers
Myr Battlesphere - sac fodder generator
