I understood everything because I played the games but I can definently see how it would be confusing for others. Brief cameos from characters who were never explained as a tribute to the game just added to the confusion. The fact that they cut out alot of the story (Mainly the Mob elements) was even worse.

Just saw it today and I thought it was decent. Not bad, but nothing spectacular either. There wasn't enough action in my opinion.

The reprints of Fact or Fiction and Counterspell are so epic. Wizards just assured that I will be buying this to pimp out my EDH decks.

My only problem with Bethesda is the huge amount of bugs/glitches that always appear in their games. Some of the Oblivion glitches were funny, but the game crashed on my computer more times then I'd have liked it to. I hope they do a better job with Fallout 3.

Regardless though, I'm pretty sure this game will be a contender for GOTY.

I also completely agree that Galaxy is not an exception to the rehash feeling, in fact it's probably the biggest culprit. The game grew old quickly to me because of how similiar it felt to Mario 64. I honestly enjoyed Super Mario Sunshine more than Galaxy.

I have enjoyed alot of games this Gen but I do agree that most big titles feel a bit 'rehashy.'

I'll definently be looking into this album. American Idiot didn't do much for me but I love Green Day's older music.

Saw it. Didn't find it to be offensive or funny, it didn't really get any emotion out of me. A very "meh" theater experience in my opinion. And at the cost of $8.25 for the ticket, I kind of regret watching it.

The abilities of a Planeswalker card aren't meant to represent the walker's power. They are meant to represent what abilities the Planeswalker is willing to help you with in combat. Hence the loyalty counters. So Nicol Bolas may be underpowered in card form, but I'm sure in the storyline he will still be the ultra-powerful evil bastard he's so good at being.

And I for one would absolutely love it if he became the next Yawgmoth in terms of storyline villiany. Having a continuous villain as cool as Bolas would be fantastic in my opinion.

If "Skyward Eye" doesn't hint at a flying master I don't know what does. Nicol Bolas is being printed in Conflux. I'm pretty sure Knight of the Skyward Eye and Cruel Ultimatum are both refrencing him in their flavor text.

I said it was Sony's "attempt" at targeting casual gamers. I never said it would be successful. It's another one of those "wait and see" things.

Yet it does target the crowd that has put the Wii in first place, the casual gamers. LBP is Sony's attempt to gain some of the market share Nintendo has had to itself for a while now.
