I haven't been playing the deck long, but today I played the Karsten list on the ladder and went from Gold 2 to Platinum 4, and it seemed pretty good to me. And that was facing 33% mono red burn decks. Having 3 of the Sphinx plus the Djinns let me throw away some of then to get some 2 for 1s and eat some burn.
Warkites are great, but I think they might be better coming out of the board in certain matchups?
Outpost Siege is not close at all. Outpost Siege is only 1 card per turn, this is more like 4 to 5 cards per turn.
It can be. I've been playing it on Arena, and it's bonkers there, especially combined with Runaway Steam-Kin. Obviously we don't want RSK in this deck, but I am definitely interested in the results of people playing Frenzy.
So apparently on WotC's official reddit page and 4chan they're deleting posts/threads that link to Rudy's box openings of Masters 25 that he already pre-ordered. Each of the two boxes were nearly identical except for Jace, the Mind Sculptor in place of Mikokoro, Center of the Sea in the second box. My guess as to why they took the link to Rudy's video down was because they were afraid that nobody would buy Masters 25 If they found out that none of the boxes were randomized properly.
Let us know how a list no Abrupt Decay plays I've always had a great relationship with the card in an open meta, but maybe push is an effective replacement for that and some numbers of terminate? I'm curious to know is this was just another meta call for what was in the MOCS, or if it's the real deal.
I too am curious about the no Abrupt Decay plan too. Mostly because I feel I want two in the 75 now, it dealing with a lot of stuff in the mirror. I might just be thinking this because of my local meta though, it's about 10% As Foretold decks, which are a pain to deal with.
The results from (what I think is) the first large post-unbannings event isn't that positive: http://sales.starcitygames.com/deckdatabase/deckshow.php?event_ID=36&t[T2]=28&start_date=2018-03-04&end_date=2018-03-04&state=MA&city=Worcester&order_1=finish&order_2=last_name&limit=8&t_num=1&action=Show+Decks
No Jund in the Top 16. Will be interesting to see what happens at the Dallas Open next weekend. There were 400 players at this event, should be close to 1000 in Dallas.
Nothing screams "classic Shadows of Innistrad card" like a bulk bin rare. They couldn't have at least given us something playable, like Thalia's Lieutenant or Tireless Tracker? At least with something like Tree of Redemption it's a big wall. Ugh.
All my games versus Mono Red have been on the ladder, so no SBs yet, sorry.

I'm curious why you would still be running Dreadbore?

They seem to putting up good results with it and I am curious to hear their thoughts.
The thought in the thread when I read it earlier was that it was auto-deleted by bots.

IT'S ALL MY FAULT.
Edit: Also, figures with the disappointment of the Mythics in this set that the last one spoiled would be a Rare upgraded to Mythic.
Azusa plus Courser ... dare we hope for Oracle of Mul Daya?
