Please enlighten us. Which Legacy deck wants this card? I read an article on either CFB or SCG about a Dream Halls Combo deck that wanted the card. The deck didn't seem particularly fun or all that overpowered to me. Apparently one pro thought it was the best deck to feature Temporal Mastery in Legacy. I REALLY don't think we are looking at a banworthy card here.
The Legacy Meta would have to be completely overrun with Dream Halls Temporal Mastery combo (or some other deck that takes over the meta) to give Mastery the axe.
I don't think it'll get banned in Legacy, but we've tested it in Delver builds and it can be very good.
Yeah people here are really dreaming if Wizards print 3 or more $30+ cards in a single FTV set. While FTV Exiles does have 2, I think they're going to limit it to 1 expensive and 2 middle of the pack ones.

Hmmm...A Foil Ancient Tomb will certainly fetch a lot...possibly in the $20 range.
Phantasmal Image went north of $10 in fall of 2011 for 2 reasons.
1) illusions was a real deck
2) Natural Order RUG was the Legacy deck to beat and Phantasmal Image was a 2 mana sb answer to Progenitus.
Actually, on the Legacy side, metamorph had/has greater use in more decks as a sb answer...Image went up because it was being used as a 3-4 of in Legacy Merfolk to copy lords and whatnot. It later fell a bit because Merfolk has become less and less of a threat in Legacy.
As far as its use in Standard, I really don't know...other than it kills geist and elesh norn...and works well with the multi-colored captains.
I say geist. Snappy is currently used more, but there is more of him

Why? You will hardly ever need a set of these for a deck and Snap is almost a sure 4-of in eternal formats. Snap is slightly higher right now in actual value. A good way to judge how in demand and how much a card is being used in eternal/multiple formats is by checking its pimp/foil vaue. Snap is at least 20 more in that department...
That's the nature of offers on these types of items since no one actually can put a certain value on them. post them everywhere for sale, here, motl, librarities, pojo etc. everywhere with a message board. price them at what you think you'd like to get for them and wait for more offers. It's about the only thing you can, other than putting them on ebay, to generate interest. what kind of offers are you getting?
It looks like I'm getting offers anywhere from $500-$100 for the set. $500 is what they would be not-altered, so I'm not THAT dumb. The offers have gone up consistently since I've posted. It's right at $1,000 for the set as of this morning...
Those Jason Chan alters are so baller, I love when an artist alters his own cards. Was it expensive to get him to do that?

These took a while to get back and I don't think he'll be doing many more alters in the near future...he's a busy man. i wish there was a way for you to see these up close, they are absolutely ridiculous with the foiling...

If that isn't clear, a guy is trying to trade with me and he said that he got a Revised Bayou in a Zen pack. I just need to confirm that he is completely bogus and that I should report him to mods. This is on another site and I'm not sure how the staff feels about announcing another website.

Korean has the same distribution as Russian in the US, lower distribution than Russian in Europe, and more than Russian in Asia.

I'd like to see how I can really get an accurate value without having to pop them on ebay...
