A while back I helped someone make a deck with the same ideas. green and red aggressive creatures and burn to back them up. You can find the thread here.
Basically, one major thing that has already been mentioned is, yes, you need to lower the amount of 1-of's that you have. red and green really have issues with manipulating their draws and drawing extra cards, so you have to play as many of the most powerful cards you can get in order to maximize your chances of finding them.
Of course, there are a few directions you could go with this. Also, I'm not entirely sure what your exact budget restrictions are. I see scavenging ooze and lavamancer there, which many would consider to be non-budget.
If I were to make a R/G aggro deck on a budget nowadays it would probably look like this.
Of course this is not set in stone, and a lot of the cards you mentioned could be added in. Also, Skyshroud Elite only works in select environments. If your playgroup has a lot of mono-colored decks than he should probably be replaced with something like Tattermunge Maniac. That being said, I really like this list. It is fast, packs a punch, and can do a lot for you in different matchups. Remember bloodbraid elf. She is arguably the best r/g creature ever printed.
Other cards to consider that I think are very good (especially if you cant afford some of the ones in that list like goblin guide and vexing devil)
If you want to include some of the cards you listed and/or just want to change the list I posted let me know and we can work through this to get the deck that you want.
thanks for the advice man, i plan to test this deck both IRL and online
i will look through my collection, to see what else i can scrounge out
as for budget, about 20 to 60, dont wanna get too many expensive cards, ala tarmogoyf
2, what is the focus here? RG Aggro/Burn that is creature based?Groundbreaker and Ball Lighting is the way to go.
RG Ramp into big things?
A lot of stuff here are very, very confusing adds. I also don't know what your landbase and budget is like.
As a start Kessig Wolfrun is an in for RG deck, mostly the creature centric builds.
thanks
like i said, its been ages since ive been on here, so i forgot about the tagging thing

hope to hear back soon, sorry if this is the wrong place ot post this, its been eons since ive been here
so yeah, im trying to give MTG another shot. Bought the vampire event deck from core set 2012, and the G/W Innistrad intro deck. i also got the BUG Commander deck today. if anyone wants to play with me, like online through magic workstation or the like, let me know ^_^. thanks for reading.
If I remember right (which thats a 50-50 shot at best), the format normally goes....
Individual Quarterfinals
Team Draft (2HG this year)
Individual Semifinals
Team Finals
World Championship Match
NOTE: With the possibility of them showing the "Win A Car" finals on camera too, I'm not sure where that would be worked in.
Of course last year, the Gabriel Nassif-Tiago Chan quarterfinal was so nauseatingly long, that they played a semifinal match while they were still playing (to this day, I still think that was a bad call) and held the team draft off camera. It just depends on how things work out.
so, would it all be over by 8:00-8:30 pm? just asking
i might be going, thing is, isnt the new york Anime festival taking place on the same day? can anyone answer this question. I have tickets for the NY anime festival on saturday and sunday, will those get me into MTG worlds as well?
