From what I can see, this deck is pulling in 2 different directions and that's probably why it sometimes feels clunky. 13 1-drops (of which 4 are kinda burn spells) and only 4 3-drops is bad with CoCo I think, and the overall creature count is a little bit below the accepted number in CoCo lists, which is 25 with 3 company. On the other hand, 23 lands and CoCo itself is kinda bad if you want a more low to the ground aggro deck, which wants less lands and no 4 mana spells in my opinion.
If possible, I'd try to decide between the 2 versions, because making them work in a hybrid loses the advantages of one or the other without really covering up their weaknesses like one would hope (or at least, this is what I found out trying similar hybrid lists while budgeting out my zoo, and the difference in power level from lacking CoCo or in speed from lacking the Guides and Eidolons of burn/zoo is heavily felt).
I probably will drop 2x vexing devils, 2x goblin guides, 1x helix and the boros. add more creatures and a coco. are you saying i should drop some land. what is a good land base. probably will add 1x more Loxodon smiter for a playset
Took my 8rack apart. so i had all these except demigod, so rather cheap for this build. whats your opinion. up in air about dropping damnaation and ghost quarter and adding 3x Gatekeeper of Malikir but love the wipe on low creature draws

Yeah, I think I thought O Stone cost 4 to cast, rather than 3. I'll replace 1 spellskite with a steel sabotage and 1 phantasmal image with a harbinger of the tides.
ok, this was my casual fun deck forever, we got together with 9 friends last night and ran a tourney. i went to final round, till I met a waste not/rack deck with zombies. It was to "controly" for me to get around. So not sure if I can link my deck over like this. if not, Idk how to format it on here. I got back and forth with leatherback and E witness. I just lover the power and devotion kick of the Leatherback though. I often Lots of Win cons, genesis, T%N Xenogas and Emrakul or run em over with Prime time and wolf run. I feel this deck may viable and could be good after reading all these pages

need help if I should add stomping grounds and use Xenogos. not sure on land base and or adding more creatures. I have 3x elvish pipers I played in casual but seem to slow to play in competitive
so noob question, as Ive been playing magic a month. I have bought all cards except the lilianas(running mist) a till hopefully she goes down. Why run 4x urborg. I get we need mutivault to double as a swamp but wont you run into doubles if you hit 4 and can only play 1 if it legendary. I cant wait to play this deck.
so still after learning a bit, still off and needing help. This will be standard till this format rolls out, i will mod as necessary and make it a modern deck. mainly black with splash of green. I am working around with squelching leech and nightmare, using 3x tomb of yawgmoth(sp?) Also possbily using explosive vegetation to bring green out and convert. At the moment I have
thinking murderous cut? death drop. explosive vegitation to pull green lands and turn to swamps?? what are some good small mana creatures green or black. of course i wanna focus on creatures in graveyard and swamp on field. so focusing around nighthowler and Nightmare. this not really a budget deck, dont want 200 in though. any help is appreciated
