I understand all the critism, but know that these are really just to showcase my Photoshop skills. I understand the Fanning problems and it's quite true. I may revise them, but that's a lot of work.
As for the art: Yeay, they do get cut alot. And the text: It's got more room than magic cards at the moment...i just used a bigger text size. The issue is that i can't get the clarity that WOTC can...
As for the coil of rope: It's supposed to symbolize entwinement, in which things are tied together, seeing as gold is more than one color, it kinda matches...Initially, it was supposed to look more like DNA, (which i still think would of gotten the message across.), but i could not find a good enough layout, and i was too lazy to make my own, seeing as i made everything else...

AS for the water texture: I made it. I found a texture with a whole bunch of waterdrops, overlayed a texture with water flowing, then sheared the whole thing slightly to give it that eb feel. All textures were costum constructed.
