No.
Let's not start that tangent again.
It's best to upload it via www.photobucket.com or similar [it's free]. You'll get an url for the image. Copy paste that url into your post.
Or, edit your post, go to "go advanced" and scroll down. Look for "manage attachments". The rest should explain itself.
Nope. The foily part is not translucent. The card image is printed ontop of the foil. So if you blank it and print a copy of the common onto it, then it might work. You're stuck using a laser printer though because with inkjets, the ink won't stick to it.

Counter War!
Counter spell cards in magic have not always gotten the best artwork imho. Negate, Countersquall, Rewind, none of them really capture that "i've broken your spell" feel to it. They have nice art, but misses the mark imho. So! I wanted to see if the MTG Sally community can best these skilled magic artists!
With that said, your task this month is to create an artwork that depicts counter magic. It does NOT have to be intended for a magic card, but if you want it to be, then by all means. Remember to state what card you're doing.

Your task this month is to create Magic Money! Your submission does not have to include all denominations nor must it have coins and bills, but it'd be a good idea to try and get the common currency amounts in.

Alright, i'm really really sorry for my late arrival. Had some net troubles, work/school and other duties pulling me away.
So this month is going to be all about pride about one's nation! But in a slightly different way for the Ps contest. Your task this month is to customize the card frame of a card to fit the card's overal flavor as best as possible. Whether this is photo-manipulation or flat out frame creation is up to you! The important part is that frame feels like it's one with the art/card. Asia inspired Kamigawa frame? Sure! Etherium inspired Esper frame? Sounds great!
*warning: you must use the art of whichever card you chose, and the artist credit must be present somewhere on the card frame.
Have fun!

Flag Day?
Alright, i'm really really sorry for my late arrival. Had some net troubles, work/school and other duties pulling me away.
So this month is going to be all about pride about one's nation! That's right, design and draw up/paint a flag for any region amongst any magic world we've been to thus far!
Have fun! Make sure to use spoilers and mention what region your flag belongs to.
Really? dude, i'd kill to be able to paint that well. It strikes me as that point of skill in which i could jump forward with more determination. [ie, from there on in, you'd only become more and more refined as long as you strive to improve.]
I think if you kept with it and pushed yourself, you could still one day get an art or two into WOTC, or even at least be proud of the skills.
Render wasn't necessary, and you must state which entry is your official entry. It's against Contest Rules to change a submission to any great extent after it's posted in the thread.
I LOVE what you did with this. Simple, but god damn is it elegant. Maybe stylize the flavor text box like the Dreadnaughts had been treated and there'd be my new favourite alteration style.
