Rare only means there will be more Feathers for all at a lower cost, which given this cards ability, plus the fact it is Feather probably means she will be one of the more expensive rares in the set.

I think it is a pretty accurate thought though. On the power level of a lot of junky rares. She has the flavor to keep her relevant though. People love them some angels and dragons.

I don't understand why people are so excited for this card. It isn't that good of a card. Standard and Modern wont play this. Is it that good for commander? Did she have some sort of lore that people are all silly about?
Hi guys i'm new here, so i was thinking to make this deck for play and go to showdowns with 2 of my friends, a RG Elves and a Monored (
which i can't beat xd). So the monored guy go to showdown this saturday, and he tell me for a lot of people in my possible meta it can be mono-red, (which is a bit tough). Actually i buy some non costy stuff and i don't care of refunded some things, so i have a question, what do you do?. Redo this deck for another? or continue and suffer the pain until the meta changes?.
About my english i have a b1 so if anyone can correct me i will be pleased.
I honestly don't feel that the Mono-R matchup has gotten to out of hand. It is still very winnable. If you are playing your friend consistantly change a few things up.
Ever hear of a thing called EDH? I hear they like their foils over there. That's probably why it's sold out. Nobody is playing the card in Standard.
Also, I've tried a few different cards and SB strategies with this deck, and at this point my advice is to read Autumn Burchett's article and do exactly what they say. It has been working really well for me on Arena lately.
I agree, Autumn pretty much nailed it with this deck. I think you have to start being ready for the turn1 answers tho. Sky tether and Fungal Infection are starting to see some play lol.
Yea, it is a good deck to play and there is almost always a competitive WW during standard but there just isn't much value in that specific challenger deck. Waste of money prolly.
I was hyped for last years. (I bought 3 of the 4 for myself) This one I am not. I may pick up one or two tops. Its a letdown.
If you feel that a product is a let-down, why buy "one or two" anyway? That's not how you make your feelings known to a company. They can't read your minds, and likely won't see or care about your criticisms on some web forum. The only thing they understand is the bottom line, sales. If people buy a (theoretically) crap product, all they see is the money coming in regardless. If you feel a product is not worth the money, then don't buy it. That is the only sure-fire way to voice your criticism.
That is why I said one or two instead of three. I will be voicing my opinion with my wallet if I buy less. Did you not read what I wrote? Reading comprehension much?
Its why I didn't spend a dime on Battlebond. I felt it sucked and voiced that with my wallet. Ask before you attack please.
But willing to buy 50% of the product line is showing with your wallet that it is NOT a total let down.

fungal infection is only being used atm due to Mono-U being such an impossible matchup
You need to be able to reliably stop their T1 creature before they untap. Fungal Infection and Dead Weight are only played for that reason.
If your meta doesn't have the Mono-U deck running around, Moment of Craving is just better vs Sultai and Red. But those matchups are a lil easier in general, so they sacrifice that removal to hedge a lil against blue.
I'd love to play test it with you if you have time one day. I'm not saying you are exaggerating, but

I see no way to win w/o a shalai on turn 3. That means you have to have a surviving mana dork til turn 3.
Playing it vs mono-u tempo, the only time I won a match was with a turn 2 rhythm and a plekka turn 5.
I think the white is a better splash color for sure though.
Own a forum that is similar in size and costs NO WHERE near 5 digits. That i can assure you. Unless they renting the domain and whoever owns it wants more money, then they aren't paying anywhere close to that.

surge mare is a boss against red
so is diamond mare and spell pierce and dive down an become 4 ofs to help stiffen your matchup
