Does anyone else remember the good ol' days where there were five or ten campaigns running around here at any point and time? What happened? This P&PI kind of sucks now. That's undebatable - there's only ever one or two games running, if that. I've moved over the myth weavers completely now. I would have thought SOMEONE over here would have said, "We need a return to ravnica D&D game."
Far as I'm concerned, everyone is hating on this for no reason. It's not a very long list - just deal with it. Personally, I'm glad to see Seek the Horizon and Dispel back in the game, and several other cards are decent reprints as well.
My opinion is that is has almost nothing to do with limited; most of these cards synergize nicely with the guilds. Seek the Horizon is excellent in any green deck, especially if it's not mono-green. The Golgari and Selesnya will likely see this card played often.
Talore, as wonderful as this site is for Magic, I'd suggest heading over to Myth-Weavers to run a D&D PbP game, they simply have more people playing over there.
It used to be a little better if I remember, back when I was in House Dimir and Daftmouse was running it, there were usually a good ten games going. Now there's like, what, one?
Posting Interest, no idea what to make, had some but the banned books list stopped them haha.
Thinking of making a simple and satisfying Scout/Fighter, archery buff with huge bonuses to ranged attack and hide skills. Or maybe an ever classic Sorcerer/Wizard....stack up the metamagic feats. Other ideas include a Psion/Monk and a Fighter/Duskblade.
Have any of those race templates been approved by the DM? Amadi, why do you always make the most ridiculous characters you can? Are you actually just bored with D&D but have nothing else to do, or what? Cause that's kinda upsetting. Like, a Spider with rapier.
And while I'm sure it has something to do with all the templates, how do you have such stacked ability scores? Before magic items. Like, nothing about your character makes any coherent sense whatsoever.
Dunno is this is still where characters are being posted, but here is my back-up character. Lemme know if a spot opens up or whatever.
Akido, the Reckless. A master of Bushido noted for his reckless and dangerous tactics in combat. Highly deadly when he strikes, but often leaves himself open to attacks that he probably shouldn't. Abrasive and somewhat rude. Full Bio (no backstory) on the sheet.
Well, I keep checking in every few weeks to see what happens, but most people seem to have fled, like you said.
What ever happened to Avatar of Kokusho?

Geez...
I'm in. I assume because of the name that we're fighting Dragons?
Hmm... Savage Species Okay? Thinking of a Mummy//Archivist or Mummy//Dread Necromancer (either way, Lawful neutral)
I will have a level 20 Scout/Fighter(/Asssassin? /) ready by tomorrow night. How does the DM feel about poison/ravages/afflictions?

No Unearthed Arcana.
