The 3 life can really throw off damage math of a burn/aggro deck. It's a free lightning bolt counter. One and a half goblin guide attacks. It could also be a "free" fetch and shock to help recoup lost tempo for being on the draw
Dennis, the terrerion allows you to draw a card off of sacking to the trash for treasure. But, I would like to find some room for a wellspring or 2.
I like inkwell.
For the landbase: If we splash white make sure none of the lands have basic land type "plains". It makes the sundering titans potentially worse. Clifftop retreats, pain lands, etc.
Also I think we can afford to play some spinerock knolls. Might be win-more if we already hit with an inkwell or sundering titan.
I built a similar deck, but without the Hixus and mastery of the unseen. You will probably want some number of suspension field main deck. I think quarantine field is too slow to have as a 4 of main deck, and in my local meta (which has alot of mono red/gruul aggro) silkwrap as a 4 of is needed main deck to survive, it may be different where you are though.
also oblivion sower and Knight of the white orchard fill a similar role(ramp with a body) but work better in different situations. having a 4/2 split of them when appropriate helps the deck work more smoothly (4 knights on the draw and vs aggro, 4 sowers on the play or vs midrange/control) so maybe save a Sideboard slot for them?

training grounds is also a card you should consider for making everything cheaper
edit: also gives access to wheel of sun and moon to recycle destroyed enchantments. sterling grove to protect the enchantments even more
