While offering bids to the Beggars Sect constitutes an action, the actual investigation happens during the beginning of the Day. There is no investigation at Night, my Lady.

My Lord, the Beggars Sect only triggers at the beginning of the incoming Day. All conditions pertaining to that trigger must be met when the Beggars Sect resolves, even if the bids were submitted during the Night before.
