i really like your topic and i am building an Brey's deck to play in my group, i'm from Brazil and my problem is that i don't have any access to power cards like Timetwister, Mishra's Workshop or any old dual lands (i play with shock lands), is it possible to make a list that is at the same time budget and competitive? some kind of alternative to this list.
