I love this. The abilities are great and it makes the casting cost essentially only two mana from her second plus ability. I am really looking forward to her in further testing a modern deck out. Just great all around in my opinion.

I feel that Tezzeret has been plotting something that might be to lure the Gate watch so he could exact revenge on Jace, or maybe a deeper scheme with Nicol Bolas behind something that could bring back maybe a deceased planeswalker that could be his ally. This story is going to blow my mind any way.

Just a point for Commandeer can steal if resolved; any Planeswalker, Enchantment, none creature artifact, and can be used as a counterspell essentially stopping a loss. I run controll so its something I have used alot and tested alot.

I run 4x Commandeer with 4x Remand and 2x Day's Undoing. It runs pretty smooth for me, still I side some of them out for aggressive creature decks.

I like the idea I would make some changes.

    -2 Shoals for 2 Remand
-4 Snapbacks for 3 Commandeer and 1 Mana leak.

-2 Vapor Snags for 2 Snapcaster
-1 Days Undoing -1 serum vision for 2 paths.

Nice idea I'm play with it.

Maelstrom Archangel- allows a way to put a creature from your hand into play if deals damage from combat to a player.
Master of Cruelties- a combo win with Alesha or Kaalia, also worrisome on its own.
Alesha, who smiles at death- Any creature power or 2 or less comes back attacking when she attacks.
Kaalia, of the vast-any demon, angel, or dragon played free from hand when she attacks.
Broodmate Dragon-2 4/4 for one is nice. Blinking is fun with this one.
    Griselbrand- enough said.
Myr Battlesphere- a good etb trigger, and declare attack trigger.
    Karmic guide-brings some one back.

Reacurring Nightmare is my favorite along side Reanimate.

I've been making a deck with her With recurring nightmare and creatures that have synergy with her.
Karmic Guide, Kaalia of the Vast, Aegis of the Gods, Kiki-Jiki Mirror Breaker,Master of Crulties, Gwafa Hazid Profiteer, Feldon of the third path.
I really like Legendary creatures and its an excuse to use them for some have really amazing abilities and time of need is a tutor for whatever I need. Fauna shaman is a good way to discard and tutor, and ravens crime can be retraced.

The idea is value and with a backup plan for combo. Master for combo with Kalia, or Alesha; a toolbox of creatures with an advantage from their abilities or enter the battlefield triggers.

A Vintage player that loves the format don't care about playing against proxies. I for one just love playing the format as it helps get people into ot and see how magic originaly was intended to be like. I like what a peraon said to me before I was given alot of my Vintage cards from my uncle, he said, "This is a game of skil and wits, it isnt about money, here play my deck and I'll play with my proxy deck."

After playing and learning alot from him he gave me before I left a Timewalk. He was cool and was a good friend of mu uncle's. I asked him last year about it after year's of not and he jist said that he won it from my uncle in a Ante game amd felt that since he was giving up on magic, my uncle that was, that the card should go back with the others.

That was 2005 I give cards away all thw time I guess that spirit him and my uncle had rubbed off on me. But I dont mind the play Proxies and Ive let my friends pilot my Vintage deck.

I think proxies are necessary, if it wasnt for my uncle I wouldn't have my power and would be still playing vintage but with proxies.

Just sharing the story and the thought.

I believe its good in vintage and just ok in standard. I played against it the other day as me and a group of friends play vintage once a month for various reasons: mostly cause of work. I sideboard 2x volcanic fallout, 1x reverence, and 1x Norn's Anne for small creature decks with swarm affects because of this I've locked my friends out of the game. My full sideboard list For vintage.

    2x Volcanic Fallout
    1x Pithing Needle
    1x Myre Battlesphere
    2x Surgical Extraction
    2x Steel Sabotage
    1x Tormods Crypt
    1x Reverence
    1x Norn's Annex
    1x Leyline of the void
    1x Praetor's Grasp
    1x Windfall
    1x Graffdigger's Cage

I run a Grixis control with vault key. It is good against dredge, jund type decks, but rough matchup is Mud because of the grindy game. Storm isn't bad for the mainboard is very good in having answers, its funny siding in Praetor'Praetor's grasp and taking the win condition in most decks; hint i run 4 copies of Snapcaster so it can get 2 cards and is devastating to decks that have 1 or 2 card win conditions.

Yea I love that they reprintedvth fetchlands and shocklands. I love he idea of the new mechanics that are present aswell, only judgement i habe is the high cost of some of the cards. But it is how they playtest and agree on power of the cards now and for future sets.

I am a vintage player and legacy player more then other formats and love experimenting with new mechanics with older cards. I would say being in magic right now is pretty awesome!!!!
