http://host-a.net/ is a pretty good one (not flashy looking though) (20 MB) http://www.orbitfiles.com/ is a flashy looking site with bigger free upload space (1000 MB), but unreliable as of late due to server switching.
Hope this helps!

Let me know if anything needs fixed, (take into account I've added a temporary casting cost area right under the real one that allows for multiline, so the cost will go down. I'll make a post or two on the boards over there and find out if we can get it down to one area. The first area though will do all the card sorting and background image work that the casting cost would normally do. For the second area put brackets [ ] around the characters to force the mana symbols.)

PS- Sorry for the double post, I forgot I was the last one to post on this thread.
Alright, I've addressed ALMOST everything and will post an update as soon as I have those masks made ;), thanks for reviewing it!
As far as the hybrid and multicolor blends go, those are fully regulated by the programmed. All that I've provided in the download are the basic frames and masks that help the program render hybrids, and it's a lot of work to add new ones (so when I'm done fixing the template, I'll see what I can do ;)).

EDIT: Ugh... I'm having a lot more trouble adding masks referencing card backgrounds than I used to. Basically it all used to be in one file, now files reference other files and it's giving me hell.
Here's what I've fixed:
1,2,3,4,5,6
Everything else has to wait for now (including the casting problem, because I have to get going shortly.)
The update is up. You can download it via the same link as before. Just type [O] for a white brush, and [p] for a black brush ;).
That is the idea behind MSE2. I'm a big VS player and initially got into MSE2 converting my VS PSDs over to it so that my non-photoshop savvy friends could also use them. I still use the photoshop templates though because photoshop gives me limitless possibilities and room for creativity (ex-> images outside of the frame, different/mainpulated fonts, outlandish costs (1,000,000), etc.) MSE2 is for the casual custom card creator (or the ones that can't afford/or won't bootleg photoshop (I saved for my own thank you very much:p).)

Hey, FPM, this is artfreakwiu from the MSE2 site (just so you know :P) and I wanted to let you know that your templates are nearly complete for use in the program. I'm having problems with the casting cost, but beyond that they are complete (and I've asked for help with the casting cost, so it's just a matter of time :D) In the meantime, you can find a download link for the template update at http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/node/373#comment-2349 (just scroll all the way down, it's at the bottom) and let me know how it looks and where it can be approved! I'd hate to have butchered such amazing templates by overlooking anything ;).

Beyond that, the rest will be posted in the next update.
