MTG Salvation

It has been a while since I've posted a blog, but almost 2 years has passed since I joined HL studios. It's funny to think that I became the sig maker of the year for 2008. Who knows, I might even get it for 2009.

Became a mod and seen a lot of things in 2009, not all for the better. Began buying cards again, but haven't really played. Beat down a sliver deck with mine, but other than that. I'm Looking for artists to compete in the Monthly and weekly contests. I wish Zaph and Stuff would be more active again. Same with the users from my first real year here.

I don't think I'll live up to PBG's legacy, but I want to create my own. I'm always open for suggestions and help..

I have done soo many banners since the last blog and I figured I would post examples here until I finalized a template for my extended signature..

I recently joined the shop High-Light Studios with my buddy Zaphod. I started there by picking up a few requests when he seemed swamped, but couldn't commit due to school and moving into a new house..My computer isn't the greatest and is slower than I remembered the processor being, but I will work that issue out when I absolutely have to. I also need to update photoshop, but CS and 7 haven't failed me yet.

I've been gearing up for some massive creativity surges, just wish requests would pick up. Zaphod is amazing by the way and I have seen him get a lot better recently. I hope to get there also. I have my days..but here are a few banners I have made since joining and a few not for anyone, but to fuel my creativity. I have a problem thinking of text.

I was reading the blogs and decided to post one.

Lets start the story of my life with an introduction.

I was born on the last day of November back in 1982 and grew up in the rural town of Chillicothe, Illinois. I was introduced to magic at or around seventh grade by my brother when Fallen Empires was the new craze..

I enjoy everything creative, but am adament about my beliefs in style and what I find appealing. I'm just easily entertained..

I graduated High School in 2001, went into the military for four years and dispised it. The people and the paycheck were fine, just some management issues and the restriction of creativity drove me insane. I have been trying to rebound myself ever sense.

I am going to school now courtesy of the military for graphic design, but am stuck at a community college until I grab my things and move to another town.

I am a gay male, created the Future Frames .psd and helped a great deal in the production of them in MSE. I participate on these boards and make my home in the Creativity Wing, mainly Artwork and Avatar and Sig sections..
